Omar Bayless
Omar Bayless (born December 15, 1996) is an American professional football player who is a wide receiver for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football for the Arkansas State Red Wolves. College career Bayless played college football at Arkansas State University. As a senior in 2019, he finished second in the nation in receiving yards behind Ja'Marr Chase with 1,653 and was named the Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year. During his career he had 177 receptions for 2,775 yards and 26 touchdowns. Professional career Bayless signed with the Carolina Panthers as an undrafted free agent in 2020. He spent 2022 with the Kansas City Chiefs and was released before the season. Laurel is a city in and the second county seat of Jones County, Mississippi, United States. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 17,161. It is located northeast of Ellisville, the first county seat, which contains the first county courthouse. Laurel has the second county courthouse as there are two judicial districts in Jones County. Ja'Marr Anthony Chase (born March 1, 2000) is an American football wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at LSU, where he won the Fred Biletnikoff Award and the 2020 College Football Playoff National Championship as a sophomore. The Sun Belt Conference (SBC) is a collegiate athletic conference that has been affiliated with the NCAA's Division I since 1976. Originally a non-football conference, the Sun Belt began sponsoring football in 2001. Its football teams participate in the Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS).
