Nicolas De Jong
Nicolas de Jong (born April 15, 1988) is a Dutch-French professional basketball player for Boulazac Basket Dordogne of the LNB Pro B. Standing at 6 ft 11 in (2.11 m), de Jong usually plays as Center (basketball), center. Professional career De Jong started his professional career with Tours Joué Basket, Tours Joué in the NM2, the fourth tier in France. After two seasons, he signed with JA Vichy, a LNB Pro A team, while still playing with the club's junior team. In the 2012–13 LNB Pro A season, he played in the Finals with Strasbourg IG against JSF Nanterre, but lost 1–3. For the 2013–14 season, De Jong signed with just promoted Olympique Antibes, Antibes Sharks. In the 2014 offseason, De Jong signed with Cholet Basket. In the 2014–15 season, De Jong averaged 8.6 points and 4.6 rebounds per game. He extended his contract in June 2015. Macedonia National Basketball Team
The North Macedonia men's national basketball team ( mk, Кошаркарска репрезентација на Северна Македонија, Košarkarska reprezentacija na Severna Makedonija) represents North Macedonia in international basketball and is controlled by the Basketball Federation of North Macedonia. EuroBasket 2015 was the 39th edition of the EuroBasket championship that was organized by FIBA Europe. It was co-hosted by Croatia, France, Germany, and Latvia, making it the first EuroBasket held in more than one country. It started on 5 September and ended on 20 September 2015. The top two teams ( and ) qualified to the 2016 Summer Olympics. Toon Van Helfteren
Anton J. J. "Toon" van Helfteren (born 20 February 1951) is a Dutch former basketball player and current coach of Feyenoord Basketball. Van Helfteren played in the Dutch Basketball League from 1971 till 1990. He was the coach of ZZ Leiden from 2008 till 2014. He also was the coach of the Dutch national basketball team for six years, starting in 2013 and ending in 2019. The Liga Española de Baloncesto, also known as LEB Oro, is the second basketball division of the Spanish basketball league system after the Liga ACB. It is run by the FEB. The Liga Española de Baloncesto is divided into two categories (the other one is the LEB Plata). The LEB league was founded in 1996 and is played under FIBA rules. It was renamed LEB Oro in 2007. The league is contested by 18 clubs. Each season, the top-finishing team in the LEB Oro are automatically promoted to the Liga ACB. The teams that finish the season in 2nd to 9th place enter a playoff tournament, with the winner also gaining promotion to the Liga ACB.
