Nick Jr. (Dutch TV Channel)
Nick Jr. is a Dutch pay-TV preschooler's network and is part of the Dutch Nickelodeon network. After the transition of Kindernet to Nickelodeon in 2003, Nick Jr. became a programme block on Nickelodeon in the morning. Nick Jr. was to launch as a separate channel on 1 January 2005, but due to some capacity issues, it finally launched a few months later on 1 May. 576i is a standard-definition television, standard-definition digital video mode, originally used for digitizing analog television in most countries of the world where the utility frequency for electric power distribution is 50 Hz. Paramount Network (Dutch TV Channel)
Paramount Network is a Dutch free-to-cable television channel in the Netherlands, based on the American rebranded Paramount Network. The television channels launched as Spike on 1 October 2015. It was the third Spike channel next to the US and UK version of the channel. The television channel aimed at an audience of mainly men. Initially it only broadcast daily between 21:00 and 2:30, time-sharing with Nickelodeon. As of 12 December 2016 the channel is broadcasting 24 hours a day in the Netherlands. Until 6 January 2021, the channel was also available in Flanders. On 24 May 2022, the channel was renamed by Paramount Network. History On 18 August 2015, Viacom announced that Spike would launch in the Netherlands and Flanders on 1 October 2015. ''Clifford the Big Red Dog'' is an animated educational children's television series, based upon Norman Bridwell's children's book series of the same name. Produced by Scholastic Productions, it originally aired on PBS Kids from September 4, 2000, to February 25, 2003. ''Butterbean's Café'' is an animated fantasy children's television series created by Jonny Belt and Robert Scull, the creators of '' Bubble Guppies'' and ''Whoopi's Littleburg'', ordered by Nickelodeon. The series follows Butterbean, a fairy who runs a neighborhood café with her friends. ''Bubble Guppies'' is a CGI-animated children's television series produced for Nickelodeon and created by Jonny Belt and Robert Scull. The series is a combination of the sketch comedy, edutainment, and musical genres, and revolves around the underwater adventures of a group of merperson preschoolers named Molly, Gil, Goby, Deema, Oona, Nonny, and Zooli. The program premiered on Nickelodeon on January 24, 2011, and originally ran for four seasons until its conclusion on October 21, 2016. The series is produced using 3D software. ''Boohbah'' is a British preschool television series created by Anne Wood and produced by Wood's company, Ragdoll Productions, in association with GMTV. It originally premiered on ITV on 14 April 2003. The series was later broadcast on Nick Jr.UK beginning on 2 April 2005.
