Mullett Arena (originally ASU Multi-Purpose Arena) is an indoor multipurpose arena at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. The 5,000-seat arena is the home of the Arizona State Sun Devils men's ice hockey, men's ice hockey, Arizona State Sun Devils women's ice hockey, women's ice hockey, Arizona State Sun Devils#Gymnastics, women's gymnastics and Arizona State Sun Devils#Wrestling, men's wrestling teams. It also serves as a temporary venue for the National Hockey League's Arizona Coyotes from 2022 through at least 2025, with seating capacity for NHL games capped at 4,600. The facility is owned by Arizona State University and managed by the Oak View Group. Desert Diamond Arena (originally Glendale Arena and formerly Jobing.com Arena and Gila River Arena) is an indoor multi-purpose entertainment arena located in Glendale, Arizona. The venue anchors the 223-acre, $1 billion Westgate Entertainment District. Desert Financial Arena (formerly ASU Activity Center and Wells Fargo Arena) is a 14,198-seat multi-purpose arena located at 600 E Veterans Way in Tempe, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. It sits immediately east of Sun Devil Stadium on the northern edge of the Tempe campus of Arizona State University (ASU). Constructed in the spring of 1974 as the ASU Activity Center and at the cost of $8 million, it is the home of men's basketball, women's basketball, and women's volleyball and former home of women's gymnastics and men's wrestling. Christian Fischer (born April 15, 1997) is an American professional ice hockey forward who is an alternate captain for the Arizona Coyotes of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was drafted by the Coyotes, 32nd overall, in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career Fischer played his juniors leagues with Chicago Mission Bantam AAA, Chicago Mission Midget AAA, and Chicago Mission U16, registering 44 goals and 95 points in a total of 77 games in the 3 seasons. He was selected in the 11th Round of the 2013 OHL Priority Selection, however he was not signed. After that, he played in the USA Hockey National Team Development Program, and played with the USA U17 hockey team. The Winnipeg Jets are a professional ice hockey team based in Winnipeg. Shane Doan
Shane Albert Doan (born October 10, 1976) is a Canadian professional ice hockey executive and former player currently serving as chief hockey development officer for the Arizona Coyotes of the National Hockey League (NHL). Doan spent the entirety of his 21-season NHL career with the Coyotes franchise, beginning with the Winnipeg Jets in 1995 before playing in Arizona for two decades. He was the last remaining player active in the NHL from the original Winnipeg Jets franchise before he announced his retirement in the summer of 2017. Doan led the Phoenix Coyotes in scoring in every season between 2003 to 2011. In December 2015, Doan became the Coyotes franchise's all-time leading goal scorer. He was also the longest-serving NHL captain until his retirement, serving in that capacity for the Coyotes from 2003 to 2017.
