Miraya Bikol Language
Albay Bikol, or simply Albayanon is a group of languages and one of the three languages that compose Inland Bikol. It is spoken in the southwestern coast of Albay, (Pio Duran, Jovellar) and northwestern Sorsogon. The region is bordered by the Coastal Bikol and Rinconada Bikol speakers. The latter is the closest language of Albay Bikol and is mutually intelligible. They are both included in Inland Bikol group of languages. Albay Bikol is the only sub-group of the Inland Bikol group with several languages with in it. The member languages in this sub-grouping lack stressed syllables, rare, if there is, and that makes them different and unique from other Bikol languages. The said feature of Albay Bikol is comparable to French and Portuguese languages that rarely use stressed syllables. Sorsogon
Sorsogon, officially the Province of Sorsogon ( Bikol: ''Probinsya kan Sorsogon''; Waray: ''Probinsya han Sorsogon''; tl, Lalawigan ng Sorsogon), is a province in the Philippines located in the Bicol Region. Central Bikol Language
Central Bikol commonly called Bikol Naga, also known simply as Bikol, is an Austronesian language spoken by the Bicolanos, primarily in the Bicol Region of southern Luzon, Philippines. It is spoken in the northern and western part of Camarines Sur, second congressional district of Camarines Norte, eastern part of Albay, northeastern part of Sorsogon, San Pascual town in Masbate, and southwestern part of Catanduanes. Central Bikol speakers can be found in all provinces of Bicol and it is a majority language in Camarines Sur. The standard ''sprachraum'' form is based on the Canaman dialect. Rinconada Bikol or simply Rinconada, spoken in the province of Camarines Sur, Philippines, is one of several languages that compose the Inland Bikol (or Southern Bicol) group of the Bikol languages, Bikol macrolanguage. Jovellar
Jovellar, officially the Municipality of Jovellar ( bcl, Banwaan kan Jovellar; tl, Bayan ng Jovellar), is a 4th class municipality in the province of Albay, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 17,795 people. The town was named in honor of Spanish governor-general Joaquín Jovellar y Soler. Main access to the town is via Guinobatan. Jeepneys ply the distance from Guinobatan to Jovellar daily with the first trip from Guinobatan leaving as early as 5 AM and the last trip to Jovellar usually at around 5 PM. Jovellar's main industry is agriculture. Primary crops are rice, copra, abaca, and corn. Quipia River runs through the town and the river leads all the way to Donsol in Sorsogon.
