''Me and Simon'' is the third studio album by Swedish singer-songwriter Laleh, released on 21 January 2009 on Warner Music Sweden records. The album peaked at number two on the Swedish Albums Chart. First single from the album is the track "Simon Says", followed by "Big City Love" and "Bjurö klubb". The album also contains the track "Snö", soundtrack from the Swedish movie '' Arn - The Knight Templar'' which was recorded by Laleh together with the London Symphony Orchestra. As with her debut album, Laleh keeps her traditional language-mix in her music with having songs in both Swedish and English as well as Persian featured on the album. Laleh Pourkarim ( fa, لاله پورکریم, ; born 10 June 1982), known mononymously as Laleh (), is an Iranian-Swedish singer-songwriter, record producer, guitarist, pianist, and record company manager. Following a short acting career, she entered the music industry in 2005 with her self-titled debut album, which peaked at number one in Sweden and went on to become that country's highest selling album of the year. She has since released eight further studio albums. She has sung in both English and Swedish, in addition to her parents' native tongue, Persian. In 2011, she participated in the Swedish television show , which sees a number of artists create new interpretations of the others' songs. ''Laleh'' is the self-titled debut album by Swedish singer-songwriter Laleh, released on 30 March 2005 on Warner Music Sweden Records. The album, which was both written and produced by Laleh herself, was nominated to "Album of the Year" at the Grammis Awards for 2005 but lost to pop singer Robyn for her self-titled album "'' Robyn''". London Symphony Orchestra
The London Symphony Orchestra (LSO) is a British symphony orchestra based in London. Founded in 1904, the LSO is the oldest of London's orchestras, symphony orchestras. The LSO was created by a group of players who left Henry Wood's Queen's Hall Orchestra because of a new rule requiring players to give the orchestra their exclusive services. The LSO itself later introduced a similar rule for its members. From the outset the LSO was organised on co-operative lines, with all players sharing the profits at the end of each season. This practice continued for the orchestra's first four decades. ''Arn: The Knight Templar'' ( sv, Arn: Tempelriddaren) is an epic film based on Jan Guillou's trilogy about the fictional Swedish Knight Templar Arn Magnusson. The film was released to cinemas in Sweden on 17 December 2007 and the sequel, ''Arn – The Kingdom at Road's End'' (''Arn – Riket vid vägens slut''), was released 22 August 2008, but both films were combined into a single cut for the English release on DVD in 2010. While the film is mostly in Swedish and most of the production was made in Sweden, the film is a joint production between Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Germany.
