Federazione Industria Musicale Italiana
The Federazione Industria Musicale Italiana (FIMI) is an umbrella organization that keeps track of virtually all aspects of the music recording industry in Italy. It was established in 1992, when major corporate labels left the previously existing Associazione dei Fonografici Italiani (AFI). During the following years, most of the remaining Italian record labels left AFI to join the new organisation. As of 2011, FIMI represents 2,500 companies operating in the music business. FIMI is a member of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry and of the Italian employers' federation, Confindustria. Its main purpose is to protect the interests of the Italian record industry. Starting in March 1995, the Italian Music Industry Federation began providing the Italian official albums chart. Biagio Antonacci (; born 9 November 1963) is an Italian singer-songwriter from Milan. Biography Early life Biagio Antonacci was born in Milan and was raised in one of its suburbs (Rozzano). Despite learning how to play the drums at a young age, he had to study to obtain a diploma in surveying. He participated in the 38th Sanremo Music Festival in 1988 with the song ''Voglio vivere in un attimo''. "Hideaway" is the debut single by Canadian recording musician Kiesza from her debut EP of the same name (2014) and her debut studio album, ''Sound of a Woman'' (2014). The song was released on April 11, 2014 through Island Records and co-writer Rami Samir Afuni's independent label Lokal Legend as the lead single from both the EP and the album. Written by Kiesza and its producer Afuni, it was recorded in the summer of 2013 in New York City. "Hideaway" is a deep house song which comes from inspiration from both Kiesza and Afuni's passion for 1990s dance music. Both the song and its accompanying music video have been met with general acclaim from contemporary music critics. ''5 Seconds of Summer'' is the debut studio album by Australian pop rock band, 5 Seconds of Summer. It was released by Capitol Records on June 27, 2014 in Europe and on July 22, 2014 in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The album was supported by four singles: " She Looks So Perfect", " Don't Stop", "Amnesia", and " Good Girls". Musically, the album is rooted in the pop-punk, pop-rock and power-pop genres. Before the album's release, the band was the opening act for One Direction in from 2013-2015 on three of their concert tours. Club Dogo
Club Dogo was an Italian rap group from Milan ( Lombardy) that consists of Guè Pequeno and Jake La Furia, and beatmaker Don Joe. The group was born in 1999 from the friendship between rappers Gué Pequeno (whose stage name was Lucky Luciano) and Dargen D'Amico. Originally the group name was "Sacre Scuole" and its members were the two aforementioned rappers and Jake La Furia, whose stage name was originally Fame. In 2001, after their first and only CD (3 MC's al Cubo), the group was disbanded due to quarrels between Jake and Dargen. In 2005, Club Dogo formed the crew named Dogo Gang, including other MCs and DJs from Milan that gradually joined the collective. Club Dogo stopped producing music together in 2014, although none of the three members ever stated the group was officially disbanded.
