Nickname
A nickname is a substitute for the proper name of a familiar person, place or thing. Commonly used to express affection, a form of endearment, and sometimes amusement, it can also be used to express defamation of character. As a concept, it is distinct from both pseudonym and stage name, and also from a title (for example, City of Fountains), although there may be overlap in these concepts. Rabeh Al-Hussaini
Rabeh Ahmed T. Al-Hussaini (born August 11, 1988) is a Filipino professional basketball player who last played for the Blackwater Elite of the PBA. A power forward/ center, he played five seasons for the Ateneo de Manila Blue Eagles in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines from 2005 to 2009 and led the Eagles to back-to-back basketball championships in his last two seasons with them. He averaged 24.6 point per game, 13 rebounds per game, and 2 assists per game. Professional career Philippine Basketball Association Al-Hussaini entered the 2010 PBA draft, and was selected as the second overall pick by the Air21 Express. Nelson Asaytono
Nelson Asaytono (born January 25, 1967) is a Filipino retired professional basketball player who played for Purefoods, Swift/Sunkist/Pop Cola, San Miguel Beer, and Red Bull in the PBA during his 17-year career. Collegiate / Amateur career Asaytono is one of the best players ever to step up in a less-known university in University of Manila under the tutelage of former pro Loreto Tolentino, his coach at UM Hawks. His first national stint was being part of the RP Youth team that played in the 9th ABC Youth Championships held in Manila. Paul Anthony Dy Artadi (born May 5, 1981) is a Filipino politician, basketball coach, and former professional player. On his eleven-year career in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), he played the point guard position and was a three-time PBA All-Star. In the collegiate level, he played for the University of the East (UE) and became an assistant coach for the team after retiring from the professional game. He has been serving as a city councilor of San Juan, Metro Manila since 2016. Francis C. Arnaiz (born June 4, 1951) is a Filipino former basketball player. He is best known as a PBA player, playing for Toyota and Ginebra San Miguel from 1975-1986. Early basketball years Arnaiz had a love for sports and was shooting stuffed toys into a basket in early childhood. While studying at La Salle-Bacolod in elementary school, he competed in football and basketball. John Arigo
John Hartley Ward Arigo (born December 10, 1978), in Charleston, South Carolina, is a Filipino-American retired professional basketball player having played for three teams in the Philippine Basketball Association over a nine-year career. He was drafted 5th overall by the Alaska Aces in January 2001 during his senior year of playing NCAA Division II basketball for the University of North Florida. Dubbed as "Mr. Excitement" because of his high-leaping, slam-dunking acts.
