Daulat Mal Bhandari
Daulat Mal Bhandari (16 December 1907 – 10 January 2004) was Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court in India, a member of the first Lok Sabha and a freedom fighter. Bhandari took active part in the freedom struggle. In 1942 he formed the "Azad Morcha" in Jaipur and staged satyagrah. He was imprisoned for nine months. He also organised ‘Praja Mandal’ in Jaipur State. During the partition of India, he contributed in the rehabilitation of refugees from Sindh and Western Punjab. He served as the Development and Agriculture Minister of Jaipur State in 1947 on being elected to the state's Legislative Assembly. Bhandari was a member of the Lok Sabha from 1952 to 1955 representing the Indian National Congress and Jaipur parliamentary constituency of Rajasthan. Rajesh Balia
Rajesh Balia (born 3 March 1946) is an Indian Judge and former Chief Justice of the Patna High Court. Career Balia was born in 1946 in a business family. His father, Late Manak Lal Sa Balia was a businessman and influenced by the Gandhian Movement. Balia passed B.Com. and LL.B. and started practice on 9 April 1967 in the Rajasthan High Court. He was appointed an Additional Judge of Rajasthan High Court on 21 October 1991. Thereafter he became permanent Judge in 1992 of the same High Court. He was transferred to Gujarat High Court and also became the Acting Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court from 12 November 2007 to 4 January 2008. Jharkhand High Court
The Jharkhand High Court is one of the newest high courts in India. It was established in 2000. The court has jurisdiction over Jharkhand state. The seat of the court is at Ranchi, the administrative capital of the state. The court has a sanctioned judge strength of 25. The new building of the Jharkhand High Court has been approved. A 165-acre land has been granted near the HEC Industrial Complex, which will be used for the development of the high court, a residential complex for judges and lawyers chambers. Gyan Sudha Misra is a former Judge of the Supreme Court of India. Misra was elevated as a Judge of the Supreme Court of India on 30 April 2010. Himachal Pradesh High Court
The Himachal Pradesh High Court is the High Court of the state of Himachal Pradesh. Himachal Pradesh was born as a result of integration of twenty six Province and four Punjab hill States into a Centrally Administered Area on 15 April 1948. The Central Government promulgated the Himachal Pradesh (Courts) Order, 1948 on 15 August 1948. Rajendra Mal Lodha
R. M. Lodha (born 28 September 1949) is a former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of India. Before being elevated to the Supreme Court, he served as the chief justice of Patna High Court. He has also served as a judge in Rajasthan High Court and Bombay High Court.
