Waterfall Bay (Hong Kong)
Waterfall Bay or Pok Po Wan () is a bay in Pok Fu Lam, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. Located on the East Lamma Channel off the coast of Wah Fu Estate and Cyberport at Telegraph Bay, it is named after the waterfall that flows into it. The fresh water from this waterfall is said to have given the city its name – the translation of Hong Kong's name in Cantonese 香港 means "fragrant harbour". An eponymous park is now situated around the area. Location Waterfall Bay is located in the Pok Fu Lam area, with the waterfall itself encompassed by Wah Fu Estate and the residential complex of Bel-Air on the Peak in Cyberport. Kellett Bay
Kellett Bay (), or Kai Lung Wan () is a bay on southwestern Hong Kong Island in Hong Kong, to the southeast of Waterfall Bay. The pronunciation of ''Wan'' () in ''Kai Lung Wan'' in the Cantonese language is like the one in (as in Cheung Sha Wan, To Kwa Wan and Causeway Bay (''Tung Lo Wan'')). Kellett Bay was named after the naval officer Sir Henry Kellett. Kellett Island and Mount Kellett were also named after him. Tin Wan () is an area at the south of Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It is at the west of Aberdeen and the east of Kellett Bay and Wah Fu Estate. Housing Tin Wan Estate is a public housing estate (), also named after Tin Wan. Hung Fuk Court is a housing estate built under the Home Ownership Scheme (or HOS), accommodating 1,946 people according to data provided by Centamap and Census and Statistic Department of Hong Kong. Population At the time of the 1911 census, the population of Tin Wan was 111. The number of males was 67. According to the Population Census in 2016, the population in Tin Wan is about 17,012. Shek Pai Wan or Aberdeen Bay is a bay between Aberdeen on Hong Kong Island and Ap Lei Chau Ap Lei Chau or Aberdeen Island is an island of Hong Kong, located off Hong Kong Island next to Aberdeen Harbour and Aberdeen Channel. Deep Water Bay is a bay and residential area on the southern shore of Hong Kong Island in Hong Kong. The bay is surrounded by Shouson Hill, Brick Hill, Violet Hill and Middle Island.
