2021 National League Championship Series
The 2021 National League Championship Series was the best-of-seven series in Major League Baseball (MLB) between the Atlanta Braves and the Los Angeles Dodgers, for the National League pennant and the right to play in the 2021 World Series. The Braves defeated the Dodgers in six games to advance to their first World Series since 1999. The series was played in a 2–3–2 format, with the first two and last two (if necessary) games played at the home ballpark of the higher seeded team, the Braves. TBS televised all games in the United States. The Braves would go on to defeat the American League champion Houston Astros in the World Series, 4 games to 2, to secure their first world championship since 1995. 2020 Green Bay Packers Season
The 2020 season was the Green Bay Packers' 100th season in the National Football League, their 102nd overall and their second under head coach Matt LaFleur. They matched their 13–3 record and NFC Championship appearance from the last season, clinching home-field advantage in the NFC playoffs for the first time since 2011. Green Bay's offense scored less than 30 points only 4 times during the regular season. The Packers clinched both their second consecutive playoff berth and NFC North title following a Week 14 win against the Lions and a Vikings loss to the Buccaneers the same day. Joe Buck
Joseph Francis Buck (born April 25, 1969) is an American sportscaster. The son of sportscaster Jack Buck, he worked for Fox Sports from its 1994 inception through 2022, including roles as lead play-by-play announcer for the network's National Football League and Major League Baseball coverage. He served as the play-by-play announcer for the World Series from 1996 to 2021, with the exceptions of 1997 and 1999, when Bob Costas called those particular World Series for NBC. In 2022, Buck moved to ESPN, where he serves as the lead play-by-play announcer for ''Monday Night Football''. 2020 National League Championship Series
The 2020 National League Championship Series was the best-of-seven series between the two National League Division Series winners, the Atlanta Braves and the Los Angeles Dodgers, for the National League (NL) pennant and the right to play in the 2020 World Series. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all games for the series were held at a neutral site, Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. The series was the 51st in league history. The games were televised nationally by Fox and FS1. The Dodgers defeated the Braves in seven games, winning their third National League pennant in four seasons. The Dodgers were the fourteenth team in postseason history to come back from a 3–1 series deficit. Curtis Granderson Jr. (born March 16, 1981), nicknamed the "Grandyman", is an American former professional baseball outfielder. James Calvin Rollins (born November 27, 1978), nicknamed "J-Roll", is an American former professional baseball shortstop, who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Philadelphia Phillies (–), Los Angeles Dodgers (), and Chicago White Sox (). Robert Quinlan Costas (born March 22, 1952) is an American sportscaster who is known for his long tenure with NBC Sports, from 1980 through 2019. Julia Lauren Shehadi (born May 23, 1983) is an American sportscaster for the MLB Network and Warner Bros. Discovery Sports. Career Shehadi attended Langley High School in McLean, Virginia, graduating in 2001. In college at the University of Florida she served as the host of the online ''Gatorzone''. She also worked as an intern for ''The Best Damn Sports Show Period'' and as a sports anchor for KXMC-TV in Minot, North Dakota. She is of Lebanese descent.
