A cornerback (CB) is a member of the defensive backfield or secondary in gridiron football. Michael Croel (born June 6, 1969) is a former American football linebacker who played in the National Football League (NFL) and XFL. Robert Stanford Brown (born December 8, 1941), nicknamed "The Boomer" is a former American football offensive tackle in the National Football League from 1964 through 1973.
