Luke Isaacc Moore (born 13 February 1986) is an English former professional footballer who played as a striker. Moore represented England at England U21 level and is the younger brother of former professional footballer Stefan Moore. Club career Aston Villa As a youngster, Moore played for Romulus and Tame Valley Primary School. As a member of Aston Villa's youth academy, he was prohibited from appearing for his secondary school, Hodge Hill college, but nevertheless appeared in "a couple of cup games" for the school. Moore is the younger brother of the former Queens Park Rangers and Aston Villa striker Stefan Moore. Together they were a crucial part of the Villa FA Youth Cup winning team of 2002. In April 2002, Moore moved onto YTS status and then in February 2004, he signed his professional contract with the club. Luke Robert Moore (born 27 April 1988) is an English semi-professional footballer who plays for Dorking Wanderers as a forward. Moore was part of the AFC Wimbledon squad that triumphed over Luton Town in the 2011 Conference play-off final, scoring in the penalty shoot-out to help promote "The Dons" to the Football League. He previously played for Ebbsfleet United, forming part of the squad that beat Torquay United 1–0 in the 2008 FA Trophy Final. He was also the first AFC Wimbledon player to score a goal in the League Cup. He was a member of the team that played in AFC Wimbledon's inaugural Football League match against Bristol Rovers on 6 August 2011. ''The Football Ramble'' is a podcast, book and website about association football, produced in London by The Football Ramble Ltd. Originally provided fortnightly, this was increased to a weekly show at the beginning of the 09/10 football season, mainly due to repeated listener requests. In October 2015, the podcast became biweekly with a preview show of the weekend's football going out on a Friday followed by a show on Monday reflecting on the weekend's action and previewing any midweek games that may be occurring.
