Lucas Lorenzo "Lucky" Spencer Jr. and Elizabeth Imogene Webber are fictional characters and a supercouple from the ABC Daytime soap opera, ''General Hospital''. Lucky Spencer is the son of legendary supercouple, Luke and Laura, played by Anthony Geary and Genie Francis.
