Lilla, Jhelum
Lilla () is a small city and union council of Jhelum District in the Punjab Province of Pakistan. It is part of Pind Dadan Khan Tehsil. The village is above sea level and is located in central Punjab. Lilla is also known as Lilla Town and Lilla Shareef. Lilla has four small parts: Lilla Bherwana, Lilla Bhera, Lilla Hindwana and Lilla Gujj. h1> Independence The predominantly Muslim population supported the Muslim League (Pakistan), Muslim League and Pakistan Movement. Lilla Karlsö
Lilla Karlsö is a small Swedish island in the Baltic Sea, situated about off the west coast of Gotland and from Stora Karlsö; it is part of Eksta socken. It has an area of about and is high. Most of the island consists of a limestone plateau. Parts of the shoreline is bordered by steep cliffs. The island is mostly covered by alvar. There is also some very old broadleaf forest, which is unique for Gotland. There are several caves and up to high limestone pillars. The island is mostly known for its rich birdlife and flora. There are colonies of several thousands pairs of guillemot and razorbill. There are also several very rare plants for Sweden such as ''Lactuca quercina'' (called 'Karlsösallat' in Swedish), hart's-tongue fern and '' Petrorhagia prolifera''. Lilla Edet
Lilla Edet is a locality and the seat of Lilla Edet Municipality in Västra Götaland County, Sweden. It had 4,862 inhabitants in 2010. Lilla Edet was the smallest of three settlements that were burnt down in Sweden on 25 June 1888. The wooden towns of Sundsvall and Umeå were almost completely destroyed. The triple fire was widely reported and one collection in California raised $5,000 and blankets and tents were sent from New Zealand. The town Lilla Edet is situated on the eastern side of the Göta älv, a main river on the west coast of Sweden. It became known as a halt there. The area was known locally as Lilla Edet in comparison to Stora Edet, situated north of Lilla Edet and today known as Trollhättan. Etymology The names ''Lilla Bommen'' ("The Small Boom") and ''Stora Bommen'' ("The Large Boom"), which is slightly further to the west along the Göta älv, come from the booms that previously blocked the way for boats going in and out of the Gothenburg canals and where a government tax was collected.
