Košarkaški klub I Came to Play, commonly referred to as KK I Came to Play, is a men's amateur basketball club based in Novi Sad, Serbia. They are currently competing in the 3rd-tier First Regional League, North Division. History The club came to media attention in mid-2019, when they signed retired professional players Darko Miličić, Jovo Stanojević, Branko Cvetković and Dragan Ćeranić. First Regional Basketball League (Serbia)
First Men's Regional League ( sr-cyrl, Прва мушка регионална лига, Prva muška regionalna liga), previously First Serbian League, is the men's regional basketball league in Serbia. It is the 3rd-tier of the basketball league system in Serbia. Founded in 2006, it is run by the Basketball Federation of Serbia (KSS). The Serbian basketball league system, or Serbian basketball league pyramid is a series of interconnected competitions for professional basketball clubs in Serbia. The system has a hierarchical format with a promotion and demotion system between competitions at different levels. Darko Miličić ( sr-cyrl, Дарко Миличић, ; born June 20, 1985) is a Serbian former professional basketball player. He is , and played the center position. Miličić played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) from 2003 to 2013. He is the fifth youngest player and the youngest foreign player to have played in the NBA and is the youngest player to have played in an NBA Finals game, and the youngest player to win the NBA championship. Jovan "Jovo" Stanojević (Cyrillic: Јово Станојевић; born 27 September 1977) is a Serbian former professional basketball player. Professional career Stanojević began his professional career at the age of 16, playing with Vojvodina in the Yugoslav Basketball League. As one of the most promising players of his generation, Stanojević participated twice at the Nike Hoop Summit in 1995 and 1996. Branko Cvetković ( sr-cyr, Бранко Цветковић, born 5 March 1984) is a retired Serbian professional basketball player. He also represented the Serbian national team internationally. He is 2.00 m (6 ft 6 ¾ in) tall and plays at the shooting guard and small forward positions. Professional career Cvetković came up through youth systems at Spartak Subotica and Borac Čačak.
