Kudos (computer Game)
''Kudos'' is a video game developed by British-based Positech Games (the makers of ''Democracy (computer game), Democracy''). Its gameplay is very similar to games like ''The Sims''. The game spawned a sequel, ''Kudos: Rock Legend'', in 2007. In October 2008, ''Kudos 2'' was released, featuring much improved character art by comic artist Jamie McKelvie. Gameplay The basic principle of ''Kudos'' is that the player controls a 'virtual life' for ten years, starting at age 20, and ending at age 30. An accelerated calendar system plays out each day of those ten years (with only actually 7 days in each month). During each turn (which is a single day, or half-day on weekends) the player chooses from a range of solo and social activities, and responds to phone calls from friends regarding social invitations. ''Metropolis Street Racer'' (''MSR'') is a racing video game developed by Bizarre Creations and published by Sega exclusively for the Dreamcast. ''Project Gotham Racing'' (''PGR'') is a series of racing video games published by Microsoft Studios, with four main titles all of which were developed by Bizarre Creations. It is the spiritual successor to Bizarre Creations' previous game ''Metropolis Street Racer'', released by Sega for the Dreamcast in 2000. The ''PGR'' series was released on the Xbox and Xbox 360, with spin-offs appearing on mobile phones. Gameplay The ''PGR'' series have a system called Kudos points. Kudos was a milk chocolate granola cereal bar produced by Mars, Incorporated. When initially launched in 1986, there were three varieties: nutty fudge, chocolate chip, and peanut butter. Other future flavors would include bits of Mars candy including Snickers Snickers (stylized in all caps) is a chocolate bar consisting of nougat topped with Caramel#Candy, caramel and peanuts, all encased in milk chocolate.
