John Bryn Williams (born 1977), known as John B, is an English disc jockey and electronic music producer. He is widely recognised for his eccentric clothing and wild hair and his production of several cutting edge drum and bass tracks. John B ranked number 76 in ''DJ Magazine''s 2010 Top 100 DJs annual poll, announced on 27 October 2010. Career Williams was born on 12 July 1977 in Maidenhead, Berkshire. John Vincent Weber (born July 24, 1952) is an American politician, lobbyist and former Republican Congressman from Minnesota. Early life and education Weber was born in Slayton, Minnesota. He attended the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities from 1970 to 1974. Career Weber was press secretary to Representative Tom Hagedorn from 1974 to 1975 and a senior aide to Senator Rudy Boschwitz from 1977 to 1980. He had been the co-publisher of Murray County newspaper from 1976 to 1978 and the president of Weber Publishing Company. Weber was a delegate to the Minnesota State Republican conventions in 1972 and 1978. In 1980, at the age of 28, he was elected to the U. S. House of Representatives, defeating Archie Baumann, 53% to 47%. Baumann had been an aide to former Representative Richard Nolan. John Webber (1841 – 12 March 1904) was an Australian politician. He was a member of the Queensland Legislative Council. Early life Webber was born in Kingsbrompton, Somerset, in 1841 to Thomas Webber and his wife Ann (née Burston). Webber married Henrietta Wells, in 1869 at Wanganella, New South Wales. Politics Webber was a member of the Bulloo Divisional Board, the Rabbit Board, and from May 1899 till his death a member of the Queensland Legislative Council. Silvia Hector Webber (1807 – ca. 1892) and John Fernando Webber (ca. 1786–1795 – 1882) were a mixed-race couple who were among the initial settlers in Austin's Colony in Travis County, Texas. John, previously a private and a medic during the War of 1812, was the first non-native resident and the founder of Webber's Prairie, where he had established a fort. The town was later named Webberville, Texas. The Webbers secured the freedom of Silvia and their children ultimately by giving up much of their Webberville property. The family was subject to cruel racial prejudice and their children were unable to attend school with white children. The Webbers hired a live-in private tutor. John Henry Weber (1779–1859) was an American fur trader and explorer. Weber was active in the early years of the fur trade, exploring territory in the Rocky Mountains and areas in the current state of Utah. The Weber River, Weber State University, and Weber County, Utah were named for Weber. Early life John Henry Weber was born in the town of Altona, Hamburg, Altona, then part of Denmark and now a borough of Hamburg in Germany. John Webber (6 October 1751 – 29 May 1793) was an English artist who accompanied Captain Cook on his third Pacific expedition. He is best known for his images of Australasia, Hawaii and Alaska. Biography Webber was born in London, educated in Bern and studied painting at Paris. His father was Abraham Wäber, a Swiss sculptor who had moved to London, and changed his name to Webber before marrying a Mrs Mary Quant in 1744. Webber served as official artist on James Cook's third voyage of discovery around the Pacific (1776–1880) aboard . He first learned to play bass guitar before switching to stand-up bass at age 15. Jonathan Brian Weber (born January 20, 1978 in Lakewood, California) is a professional baseball player. An outfielder, Weber bats and throws left-handed. Considered a journeyman, Weber has played professionally in minor league baseball since 1999, without playing in Major League Baseball. Weber played collegiately for Los Angeles Harbor College and Texas Tech University before embarking on his professional career in 1999. Career In 2011, Weber won his first title by claiming the Victorian Easter Open with a 7–2 victory over Jamie Browne in the final. In 2014 he began playing more in Australian Grand Prix Tour events, winning the Mittagong RSL Open 1, Southern Illawarra Open 1 and Warilla Bowls Club Open.
