Jay and Silent Bob's Secret Stash (sometimes shortened to simply The StashMcLauchlin, Jim (June 1999). "Comic 'Clerks'", '' Wizard'' #94. pp. 30 - 33) is a comic book store owned by filmmaker Kevin Smith, and named after the fictional duo portrayed by Smith and Jason Mewes in Smith's View Askewniverse films. Merchandise includes comic books, comic-related merchandise, and View Askew film-related items (e.g., apparel, action figures, posters, etc.). Walt Flanagan
Walter Flanagan (born October 23, 1967) is a former comic book store manager, reality television personality, podcaster, and comic book artist. Flanagan is a long-time friend of Kevin Smith, and (according to Smith's book ''Silent Bob Speaks'') it was Flanagan who turned Smith on to comic books. He formerly managed Jay and Silent Bob's Secret Stash in Red Bank, New Jersey. Flanagan was born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, grew up in nearby Highlands and attended Henry Hudson Regional High School with Smith. Flanagan is the co-host of the ''Tell 'Em Steve-Dave!'' podcast with longtime friends Bryan Johnson and Brian Quinn. Bryan Lee Johnson (born December 7, 1967) is an American podcaster, actor, television personality, screenwriter and comic book writer associated with filmmaker Kevin Smith and the View Askewniverse. He is best known by his local fame in New Jersey and appearances in Smith's New Jersey films as comic book store owner Steve-Dave Pulasti. He was also the basis for the ''Clerks'' character Randal Graves. Through his friendship with Smith, he was often involved in his productions until Smith moved to Los Angeles. Operation Kindness
Operation Kindness is a no kill animal shelter for cats and dogs located in Carrollton, Texas. It is a non-profit organization and is funded through donations, receiving no government funding. History The animal welfare organization was founded in 1976 in Garland, Texas, and later moved to Carrollton, Texas. In the early days, Operation Kindness operated out of the homes of volunteers. In the summer of 1976, Operation Kindness acquired the use of a veterinary clinic located at 117 North Garland Avenue in Garland. By November 1988, Operation Kindness moved the shelter to a storefront location at 1029 Trend in Carrollton. In 1999, we moved the shelter to 3201 Earhart Drive in Carrollton where we remain today. Michael Dalton Allred is an American comic book artist and writer most famous for his independent comics creations, ''Madman'' and ''iZombie''. His style is often compared to pop art, as well as commercial and comic art of the 1950s and 1960s. Early life Allred was raised as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
