Jurjen Van Der Velde
Jurjen van der Velde (born 4 December 2002) is a Dutch professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. He won the 2018 JDC World Darts Championship and the 2018 World Youth Masters. Van der Velde formerly played in World Darts Federation (WDF) events and is also a multi-medalist at the boys events at each of the WDF Europe Cup Youth and WDF World Cup. In senior events he was a quarter-finalist at both the Dutch Open and World Masters in 2022. In the PDC, he was the runner-up at the 2024 PDC World Youth Championship and has also won four titles on the Development Tour, as well as two titles on the Challenge Tour. Dutch Open (darts)
The Dutch Open is an annual darts tournament that is amongst the longest-running darts tournaments in the world, having started back in 1973. The popularity of darts in the Netherlands since Raymond van Barneveld began amassing world titles has seen the number of entries for the tournament rise dramatically. The 2007 event had 2,867 entries in the Men's Singles, 1,179 in the Men's Pairs, 418 in the Women's Singles and 176 in the Women's Pairs. The 2002 version of the tournament saw the first live nine dart finish during the final between Shaun Greatbatch and Steve Coote. Greatbatch checked out using T20, T15, D18 during the third leg of the second set, The tournament has been covered by Dutch SBS6 television in recent years, and also by Eurosport across Europe. The 2019 WDF World Cup was the 19th edition of the WDF World Cup darts tournament, organised by the World Darts Federation. It was held in Cluj-Napoca, Romania from October 8 to 12. Keane Barry
Keane Barry (born 25 June 2002) is an Irish professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. A professional since 2021, he has participated in six PDC World Championships and reached his first PDC major semi-final at the 2022 UK Open. In his youth career, Barry found success in the British Darts Organisation's youth system, most notably winning the 2020 BDO World Youth Championship. In sport, a whitewash or sweep is a series in which a person or team wins every game, or when a player or team wins a match to-nil. 2024 PDC World Youth Championship
4 (four) is a number, numeral and digit. It is the natural number following 3 and preceding 5. It is a square number, the smallest semiprime and composite number, and is considered unlucky in many East Asian cultures. The WDF Europe Cup is a darts tournament held biennially since 1978. The tournament consists of a team championship, a pairs championship and a singles championship. All events have a men's competition, and a women's competition (since 1982).
