Joshua Brown (born 19 February 1990) is a British actor from Leeds. He is best known for playing Alex Pickering in the long-running BBC school drama ''Grange Hill'' and for the main role of Matt in the '' Being Human'' spin-off, '' Becoming Human''. He has also appeared in another long-running series, ''Casualty''. He guest starred in an episode of ''Holby City'' as a character called Frankie Moores. Joshua Clell Brown (born April 29, 1979) is an American former professional football player who was a placekicker in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Brown was selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the seventh round of the 2003 NFL draft. He also played for the St. Louis Rams, Cincinnati Bengals and New York Giants. Brown was released by the Giants in 2016, after it was made public that he had admitted to an abusive relationship with his wife. Early life Brown was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Joshua Brown (born 26 December 1993) is an Australian cricketer who plays for Melbourne Renegades in the Big Bash League. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium pace bowler. On 26 February 2023, he made his List A debut for the Queensland against the New South Wales in the 2022–23 Marsh One-Day Cup. Biography Brown grew up in Brisbane and played soccer as a youth, only starting playing cricket at the age 13 years-old. At the age of 23 years-old he quickly progressed from third grade cricket to the Queensland Second XI within 18 months. Joshua Brown (born January 21, 1994) is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman for the Bakersfield Condors of the American Hockey League (AHL) while under contract to the Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected in the sixth round, 152nd overall, by the Florida Panthers in the 2013 NHL entry draft. Before joining Edmonton, Brown played for the Panthers, Ottawa Senators, Boston Bruins, and the Arizona Coyotes. Joshua Brown (born 1976) is an American singer who is best known as the lead vocalist of Christian rock band Day of Fire. He was also the original lead vocalist of Full Devil Jacket and was a featured vocalist on Fireflight's hit song "You Decide" from their album ''The Healing of Harms''. Biography Early life and Full Devil Jacket Josh Brown wanted to be a rock-star at a very early age. He began songwriting at the age of 14, forming a band called Sludge. At the age of 15 he was already partying, doing drugs, and drinking heavily. He started a new heavy metal band called the Voodoo Hippies in 1993 (they changed their to name to Full Devil Jacket in 1995 after discovering a Detroit band already had that name). Joshua David Brown (1816–1876) was a Texas pioneer who became the first settler of Kerrville, Texas, Kerrville, the seat of Kerr County, Texas, Kerr County in the Texas Hill Country west of San Antonio, Texas, San Antonio.
