Jeff Gutt
Jeffrey Adam Gutt (born May 2, 1976) is an American singer and songwriter who has been the lead vocalist for Stone Temple Pilots since November 2017. He is also the former lead vocalist for the nu metal band Dry Cell. Gutt has appeared in two seasons of the American reality television series ''The X Factor''. He first appeared in season 2 (2012) when he drew international acclaim for his rendition of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah", before being eliminated in the following "Boot Camp" episode. Gutt competed in Season 3 (2013) of ''The X Factor USA'', finishing in second place. In 2014, he was dubbed as one of the most "influential" ''X Factor USA'' contestants of all time by FoxWeekly. Hellfest (French Music Festival)
Hellfest (), also known as Hellfest Summer Open Air, is a rock festival focusing on heavy metal music, held annually in June in Clisson, France. Its high attendance makes it the French music festival with the largest turnover. It is also one of the biggest metal festivals in Europe and the biggest to exist in France. It originated in another music festival, the Fury Fest, held from 2002 to 2005, in different areas of Pays de la Loire. Hellfest took over in 2006 and over the years has seen a continuous rise in visitors, from 22,000 in the first edition, to 55,000 tickets sold per day in 2017. In 2022, the seven-day festival featured 350 bands and was attended by 60,000 people per day. Steven Theodore Mazur (born December 21, 1977) is an American guitarist, best known as the lead guitarist for alternative rock band Our Lady Peace. Mazur replaced original band guitarist Mike Turner in 2002. Early life and education Mazur has two sisters and two stepsisters and grew up in Richmond, Michigan, attending Cardinal Mooney Catholic College Preparatory High School in Marine City. Device was an American industrial metal band started by David Draiman, frontman of the heavy metal group Disturbed, and Geno Lenardo, former guitarist of Filter. They released one album, '' Device'', in 2013. Filter is an American rock music, rock band formed in 1993 in Cleveland, Ohio, by singer Richard Patrick, along with guitarist and programmer Brian Liesegang. The band was formed when Patrick desired to start his own band after leaving Nine Inch Nails as their touring guitarist. Their debut album, ''Short Bus (album), Short Bus'' (1995) received RIAA certification, platinum certification by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), supported by the single "Hey Man Nice Shot." William Hunt (born September 5, 1971) is an American drummer. He has been a member of rock band Evanescence since 2007, and has also played for Skrape, Dark New Day, Black Label Society, Vasco Rossi, Device, Crossfade, Staind, Static-X, Slaughter, and Godsmack. Career He looks up to Tommy Lee, John Bonham, Peter Criss, Abe Cunningham, and Stewart Copeland as his influences to his drumming. One of Hunt's earliest bands was Axe Attack, formed during 1988 in Tallahassee, Florida. He was also the second drummer in Tallahassee band Witt's End, a cover band that played several club gigs.
