Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Evening, originally known as Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Experience (2010-2017), are a Led Zeppelin tribute band led by Jason Bonham, the son of late drummer John Bonham. Background Jason Bonham founded the group in 2010. Bonham previously played with Led Zeppelin in 1988, 1990, and 2007. After the 2007 reunion, Bonham had stated an interest in touring and recording with Led Zeppelin, but singer Robert Plant didn't agree. The band's first line-up included guitarist Tony Catania, vocalist James Dylan, bassist Michael Devin and keyboardist/steel guitarist Stephen LeBlanc. Jason Bonham
Jason John Bonham (born 15 July 1966) is an English drummer. He is the son of Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham. Since his father's death in September 1980, he has performed with the surviving three members of Led Zeppelin on several occasions, including the Ahmet Ertegun Tribute Concert at O2 arena in London in December 2007. Ahmet Ertegun Tribute Concert
The Ahmet Ertegun Tribute Concert was a benefit concert held in memory of music executive Ahmet Ertegun at the O2 Arena in London on 10 December 2007. The headline act was the English rock band Led Zeppelin, who performed their first full-length concert in almost three decades, since the death of drummer John Bonham in 1980, in a one-off reunion. Bonham's son Jason Bonham played drums during the band's set and he also sang backing vocals on two songs. According to Guinness World Records 2009, the concert holds the world record for the "Highest Demand for Tickets for One Music Concert" as 20 million requests for the reunion show were rendered online. Bonham were a British/Canadian hard rock and heavy metal band founded in 1988 by drummer Jason Bonham, the son of late Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham.
