Ibrahim Aqif Biçakçiu (also known as Ibrahim Biçaku) (10 September 1905 - 4 January 1977) was an Albanians, Albanian landowner and Axis powers, Axis Collaboration with the Axis Powers during World War II#Yugoslavia, collaborator, List of heads of state of Albania, Chairman of the Provisional Executive Committee from September 14 to October 24, 1943, and Prime Minister of Albania from September 6 to October 26, 1944 during the Albania under Nazi Germany, Nazi occupation. Aqif Pasha Biçakçiu
Aqif Pasha Biçaku mostly known as Aqif Pashë Elbasani (1860 – 10 February 1926) was an Ottoman Albanian political figure in the Sanjak of Elbasan and after the Young Turk Revolution became an activist for the Albanian national cause. Life Aqif Pasha was born in Elbasan, back then Vilayet of Monastir, son of Mustafa Pasha Biçakçiu, patriarch of one of the three landowning influential and respected families of the town and a lady from Alizoti family, which made him maternal first cousin of Esad Pasha Toptani. In his first school years he was taught privately and afterwards he was educated in Istanbul. He was an activist of the Albanian National Awakening in the Elbasan region. Mustafa Osman Alibegu, OSK, (1893, Ulqin – December 25, 1977, Shkodër) known as Cafo Beg Ulqini, was a maritime sailor, politician and Albanian patriot. Anton Harapi (5 January 1888 – 20 February 1946) was an Albanian Franciscan friar, educator, lecturer, publicist, and political figure during World War II. In the first years of the communist regime in Albania, he was executed due to collaboration with the Axis. Biography Early life Anton Harapi was born on January 5, 1888, in Shiroka and educated in Shkodër. He had gone to secondary school at monastic schools in Meran and Hall in Tirol by the Franciscans. He had also studied theology in Rome. Rexhep Mitrovica (15 January 1888 – 21 May 1967) was a Prime Minister of Albania's government under Nazi Germany. A staunch nationalist, he was elected head of the Second League of Prizren. National Liberation Movement (Albania)
The National Liberation Movement ( sq, Lëvizja Nacional-Çlirimtare; or ''Lëvizja Antifashiste Nacional-Çlirimtare'' (LANÇ)), also translated as National Liberation Front, was an Albanian communist resistance organization that fought in World War II.
