Iriga Station
The PNR South Main Line (, also known as Southrail and formerly the Main Line South) is one of the two trunk lines that form the Philippine National Railways' network in the island of Luzon, Philippines. It was opened in stages between 1916 and 1938 by the Manila Railroad. Services peaked in the 1940s until the late 1960s, when the system started to decline. Since 1988, it was the only functioning inter-city rail after its counterpart to the north, the North Main Line, was closed. The intercity section of the line in Laguna, Quezon and the Bicol Region was then closed and reopened repeatedly between 2004 and 2014 due to a combination of declining ridership and was closed since then. Naga Station
Naga station is a railway station located on the South Main Line in Naga, Camarines Sur, Philippines. It is a major station on the line, serving as the main terminus for the ''Bicol Commuter'', ''Bicol Express'' train services and the end station for the ''Isarog Limited Express''. The station is considered the largest of all Philippine National Railways (PNR) stations in Southern Luzon. It houses the regional offices of PNR that covers the total jurisdiction over Southern Luzon. History Naga was opened on April 1, 1920, as one of the stations along the Legazpi Division line of the Manila Railroad Company. By 1938, the Legazpi Division was merged into the Main Line South. Calamba Station
Calamba station is a railway station located on the South Main Line in Laguna, Philippines. It is one of two railway stations in the city and it is a major station on the line, serving as the junction between the South Main Line and the old Calamba–Batangas branch line which used to connect to Batangas City. It is also envisioned to be the terminus of the ''Commuter Express'' when rehabilitation work is complete. The station was first opened on January 24, 1909. The existing PNR line from Calamba to Legazpi is conventional ballasted track, where parallel steel rails are laid upon sleepers embedded in ballast (except on open deck bridges). Embankment is either on fill or at grade. Rails weigh 37 kg/m and are laid on sleepers of both wood and concrete. Solis Station
Solis station is a railway station located on the North Main Line in the city of Manila, Philippines. After being abandoned for 20 years, and after nearly 10 years since the station's reconstruction, PNR reopened the Solis Station as part of Caloocan-Dela Rosa line, on August 1, 2018. Due to nearly a decade of disuse since its rehabilitation, the station has been weathered and its gate barriers have been vandalized, and in the case of its westbound barrier, dismantled and possibly stolen. It did not have running electricity until after its reactivation. This station was closed to rail traffic on 1997. On 2009, the station's new platforms were constructed but it was never opened until 2018 where it is once again active with the launching of the Caloocan-Dela Rosa shuttle line. North–South Commuter Railway
The North–South Commuter Railway (; NSCR), also known as the Clark–Calamba Railway, is a commuter rail system under construction on the island of Luzon in the Philippines. Running from New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac, to Calamba, Laguna, with 36 stations and four services, the railway is designed to improve connectivity within the Greater Manila Area and will be integrated with the railway network in the region. Originally planned in the 1990s, the railway project has had a tumultuous history, being repeatedly halted and restarted for various reasons.
