Hussein Yasser
Hussein Yasser Mohamady Abdelrahman (Arabic: حسين ياسر محمدي عبد الرحمن; born 9 January 1984) is a Qatari footballer who plays as a midfielder and winger for Egyptian side Wadi Degla. Personal life Yasser was born in Doha, Qatar to an Egyptian family. His father was a footballer in Egypt during the 1970s. He transferred to Qatar in the 1980s to play with Al-Khor, before making the transition to coach in 1994. He is registered by FIFA as a Qatari footballer. His brothers are also footballers. His youngest brother, Ahmed Yasser, plays for the Qatar Under-20 team. Mohammed Yasser, his younger brother, is a former national player and currently plays for Umm Salal. Ali Benarbia ( ar, علي بن عربية; born 8 October 1968) is an Algerian former professional footballer who played as a midfielder, he is a TV presenter for Al Jazeera Sports in Doha. The Qatar Stars League ( ar, دوري نجوم قطر), or the QSL, also called QNB Stars League for sponsorship reasons, is the top level football league in Qatar football league system. Contested by 12 teams, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Qatari Second Division (QSD). Seasons of the QSL usually run from September to April. The Cypriot First Division ( el, Πρωτάθλημα Α΄ Κατηγορίας) is the top tier football league competition in Cyprus, run by the Cyprus Football Association. Since February 2016, it is sponsored by Cyta and is thus officially known as the Cyta Championship. The league is contested by 14 teams and runs from August to May, with the three lowest-placed teams being relegated to the Cypriot Second Division, and replaced by the top three teams in that division. Reinhard Jozef Petrus Meulensteen (born 25 March 1964) is a Dutch former footballer and coach who is currently assistant coach of the Australia national soccer team. The date was set by various youth groups to coincide with the annual Egyptian "Police holiday" as a statement against increasing police brutality during the last few years of Hosni Mubarak's presidency. The Egyptian Premier League ( ar, الدوري المصري الممتاز), also known as WE Egyptian Premier League (WE EPL) after the addition of title sponsor WE, is a professional association football league in Egypt and the top level of the Egyptian football league system. Umm Salal Sport Club ( ar, نادي أم صلال الرياضي) is a Qatari professional football club based in Umm Salal, that competes in the Qatar Stars League, the highest tier of Qatari football. It used to be known as Al-Tadamun Sport Club. It is best known for being the first Qatari club to make it to the semi-finals of the AFC Champions League.
