Howie Mandel
Howard Michael Mandel (born November 29, 1955) is a Canadian-American comedian, television personality, actor, and producer. Mandel voiced the character Gizmo in the 1984 film ''Gremlins'' and the 1990 sequel '' Gremlins 2: The New Batch''. In 1987, Mandel starred alongside Amy Steel in the comedy film '' Walk Like a Man''. From 1982 to 1988, Mandel played the rowdy ER intern Dr. Wayne Fiscus on the NBC medical drama '' St. Elsewhere''. He also created, voiced and starred in the FOX children's cartoon '' Bobby's World''. Additionally, he has been a judge on NBC's ''America's Got Talent'' since 2010, and Citytv's ''Canada's Got Talent'' since 2022. Willowdale is a neighbourhood in the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, located in the district of North York. It developed from three postal villages: Newtonbrook, Willowdale and Lansing. Willowdale began as a postal village (originally Willow Dale) which covered the area from Finch Avenue at the north to Elmwood Ave at the south and Bathurst Street at the west to Bayview Avenue at the east. ''Deal or No Deal Canada'' is the Canadian-English version of the show ''Deal or No Deal'', which premiered on February 4, 2007. The show ran on the Global Television Network, and lasted five episodes. The host of the U.S. version, Canadian-born Howie Mandel, hosts the Canadian version of the show. The producer and director of the United States version, Scott St. John and R. Brian DiPirro, respectively, also went to Canada to produce this version. The show was taped at the Canadian Broadcasting Centre in Toronto on January 23, 24, and 25, 2007 after receiving 112,767 applicants from prospective players. The Comedy Store is an American comedy club opened in April 1972. It is located in West Hollywood, California, at 8433 Sunset Boulevard on the Sunset Strip. An associated club is located in La Jolla, San Diego, California. History The Comedy Store was opened in April 1972 by comedians Sammy Shore (1927–2019), and Rudy De Luca. Psychosis is a condition of the mind that results in difficulties determining what is real and what is not real. Symptoms may include delusions and hallucinations, among other features. Yuk Yuk's is a national comedy club chain in Canada, founded by former stand-up comedian Mark Breslin and established in 1976 by Breslin and long-time friend Joel Axler.
