Hot FM (Philippine Radio Network)
Hot FM Network was a broadcast radio network in the Philippines owned by Manila Broadcasting Company under Radyo Natin Network. Its headquarters are located at Star City Complex, Pasay. Although, Hot FM network is owned and operated by different small media companies and colleges, while its stations in Cebu, Dagupan and Zamboanga, are fully owned and operated by MBC itself and later rebranded as YES FM. Since 2016, however, most of the Hot FM stations (under Radyo Natin management) dropped the said brand and replaced with the Radyo Natin brand, resulting the network unofficially dissolved. History Hot FM was launched in January 1999, broadcasting as full service stations. Hot FM's small scale provincial stations, except its owned and operated stations in Cebu, Dagupan and Zamboanga, also broadcast the latest news every morning with the simulcast of flagship station DZRH. Pacific Broadcasting System
Pacific Broadcasting System (PBSI) is a radio broadcast company in the Philippines. It is part of the FJE Group of Companies of the Elizalde family, which also operates hotels and Pasay-based amusement park Star City. Pacific Broadcasting's stations are being operated by Elizalde-owned TV and radio network Manila Broadcasting Company. Most of its AM stations in key provinces are relay stations of DZRH, while its flagship AM station is DXGO, a radio station in Davao City broadcasting as Aksyon Radyo Davao. In the broadcasting industry, an owned-and-operated station (frequently abbreviated as an O&O) usually refers to a television or radio station owned by the network with which it is associated. This distinguishes such a station from an affiliate, which is independently owned and carries network programming by contract. The concept of an O&O is clearly defined in the United States and Canada (and to some extent, several other countries such as the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Japan), where network-owned stations had historically been the exception rather than the rule. Radyo Natin Network
Radyo Natin () is a community radio network owned by Manila Broadcasting Company. It has more than 100 stations across the Philippines spread from Aparri in the northernmost part to Bongao in the south. The network also runs its main feed known as Radyo Natin Nationwide, which broadcasts on DWRK, 96.3 FM's HD2 channel. Unlike MBC's radio brands, Radyo Natin enacts as a "network-community" station operated by different local entities (both companies and individuals) under an entrepreneurship/franchise agreement with the network. DZRH (666 AM) is a radio station owned and operated by Manila Broadcasting Company, which serves as the flagship station.
