Henrique Hilário Meireles Alves Sampaio (born 21 October 1975), known as Hilário, is a Portuguese football coach and former player who played as a goalkeeper. He is a goalkeeping coach at Premier League club Chelsea. He spent most of his professional career with Porto and Chelsea, mainly as a backup. He appeared in 160 Primeira Liga matches over nine seasons. Club career Porto and loans Hilário was born in São Pedro da Cova, Porto District. After emerging through FC Porto's youth system, he left and began playing professionally with Associação Naval 1º de Maio and Académica de Coimbra – respectively in the Segunda Divisão and Segunda Divisão de Honra. The Premier League (legal name: The Football Association Premier League Limited) is the highest level of the men's English football league system. ''Record'' is a Portuguese sports newspaper, founded by Manuel Dias, published in Lisbon. Diego Orlando Benaglio (born 8 September 1983) is a Swiss former footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He spent most of his professional career with Stuttgart and Wolfsburg in Germany's top flight, the Bundesliga, winning the 2009 league championship and appearing in almost 300 competitive matches with the latter club. The 2004–05 Primeira Liga was the 71st edition of top flight of Portuguese football. It started on 28 August 2004 with a match between Belenenses and Marítimo, and ended on 22 May 2005. Benfica won their 31st league title, with 65 points, three points ahead of the defending champions Porto. The league was contested by 18 clubs, and was considered one of the most competitive seasons in recent years. The first goal of the season was scored by Belenenses centre-back Rolando. In sports, a loan involves a particular player being able to temporarily play for a club other than the one to which they are currently contracted. Loan deals may last from a few weeks to a full season, sometimes persisting for multiple seasons at a time. A loan fee can be arranged by the parent club as well as them asking to pay a percentage of their wages. Association football Players may be loaned out to other clubs for several reasons. Most commonly, young prospects will be loaned to a club in a lower league in order to gain invaluable first team experience. The Primeira Liga (; English: Premier League, also written as Liga Portugal 1), also known as Liga Portugal Bwin for sponsorship reasons, is the top level of the Portuguese football league system. Vítor Manuel Martins Baía, OIH (; born 15 October 1969) is a Portuguese retired footballer who played as a goalkeeper.
