The High School Affiliated to Fudan University (Simplified Chinese: ''fùdàndàxuéfùshǔzhōngxué'', or 复旦大学附属中学, Acronym: FDFZ), a public boarding high school located in Yangpu, Shanghai, near Fudan University campus, is one of the most selective high schools in China. Yangpu District is one of the 16 districts of Shanghai. It is located in northeastern part of downtown Shanghai, bordering the Huangpu River on the east and south, Hongkou District on the west, and Baoshan District on the north. Fudan Fuzhong Overseas Foundation
Fudan Fuzhong Overseas Foundation (FFOF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity registered in the United States. It is the first independently operated foundation for any Chinese high school outside of China; and as of January, 2017, it is the only one in the United States. The foundation was founded in October, 2006 in New York City by a group of alumni and was incorporated in Connecticut in the following month. The mission statement of the foundation is ''to leverage overseas Fudan Fuzhong alumni network and the broader philanthropic community; to support financially deprived students and other education related programs at Fudan Fuzhong.'' Fudan International School (复旦大学附属中学国际部, or FDIS) is a public school affiliated to Fudan University, providing both primary school and high school education. It is located in Shanghai, China.
