Heroes Of Horror
''Heroes of Horror'' is a hardcover supplement to the 3.5 edition of the ''Dungeons and Dragons'' role-playing game. Contents It is intended for use by Dungeon Masters who want to incorporate elements of horror into their game. It contains ideas for pacing and other elements of horror drama into the game, new rules for horror themed games (including the third iteration of the taint mechanic), as well as horror themed base classes, feats, prestige classes and NPCs (non-player characters). Publication history ''Heroes of Horror'' was written by James Wyatt, Ari Marmell, and C.A. Suleiman, and published in October 2005. James Wyatt () is a game designer and a former United Methodist minister. He works for Wizards of the Coast, where he has designed supplements and adventures for the ''Dungeons & Dragons'' (''D&D'') roleplaying game. He is the author of sci-fi and fantasy novels, including Forgotten Realms books, and the 4th edition ''Dungeon Master's Guide''. Wayne England (d. 9 February 2016) was an English artist whose work regularly appeared in role-playing games, wargaming rulebooks and magazines and was used on cards for collectible card games such as ''Magic: The Gathering''. After its third season, The WB and UPN merged to form The CW, which then became the broadcaster for the show in the United States.
