Simon Webbe
Simon Solomon Webbe (born 30 March 1979) is a British singer. He is best known as a member of the boy band Blue, forming in 2000 before splitting in 2005 and reforming in 2009, selling over 15 million records. Webbe released three solo studio albums in 2005, 2006 and 2017, sold over 700,000 records worldwide and had five UK Top 40 singles. History Webbe was born on 30 March 1978. ''Grace'' is the second studio album released by Blue band-member and singer-songwriter Simon Webbe. The album was released on 13 November 2006. After entering the UK Albums Chart at #40 based on downloads only, the album peaked at #11 upon its physical release. In Ireland, it failed to chart inside the Irish Top 100. The album was released to a similar lack of interest in Asia, South Africa and Australia. It sold considerably less than Webbe's first album, though managed to sell 100,000 copies in the UK, being certified Gold by the BPI. In certain Europe countries the album charted higher than his debut on first week however spent less time on the charts overall and in sales. ''Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer'' (titled ''Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer'' on home media) is a 2007 American superhero film, and sequel to the 2005 film '' Fantastic Four''. Innocent Records
Innocent Records was a pop record label created to cater to for EMI's Virgin Records more pop oriented acts. Following the success of the Spice Girls, Virgin Records decided to delve into the pop market. In doing so they poached Hugh Goldsmith from RCA Records (famous for steering Take That's initial flagging sales, to a multi-platinum act). They let him launch his own Virgin Records offshoot. His first signing was Billie Piper, followed by Martine McCutcheon, along with several dance acts. The label continued to thrive well into the mid-2000s with Atomic Kitten and Blue achieving Platinum sales. In early 2005, Goldsmith returned to Sony BMG (parent company of RCA Records) to set up Brightside Records. Blue are an English boy band consisting of members Simon Webbe, Duncan James, Antony Costa and Lee Ryan.
