Geoff Clark (politician)
Geoff Clark (born August 1952) is an Australian Aboriginal politician and activist. Clark led the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission (ATSIC) from 1999 until it was effectively disbanded in 2004. Personal Clark was raised by his grandmother, Alice, in an Aboriginal community in western Victoria. He was a keen boxer, boxing in Jimmy Sharman's tent when it came to Warrnambool. At age 20 Clark moved to Western Australia and until he was 26 he worked as a builder's labourer and as a gardener; he also played Australian rules football for West Australian Football League (WAFL) clubs Claremont and Subiaco. Clark also represented Norwood Football Club in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL) for three games in 1978. Political career In 1979 Clark became the administrator for the Framlingham Aboriginal Community Trust. He co-founded the Aboriginal Provisional Government in 1983. Geoff Clark (rugby League)
Geoff Clark (first ¼ 1920 – 13 November 2008) was an English professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1940s and 1950s. He played at representative level for England and Cumberland, and at club level for Dewsbury, as a , or , i.e. number 2 or 5, or, 3 or 4. Background Geoff Clark's birth was registered in Wigton district, Cumberland, England, he worked at Yorkshire Electric Transformer Company, Brewery Lane, Thornhill Lees, for three years he was the Steward at Howley Hall Golf Club, Scotchman Lane, Morley, Leeds, he was the last surviving member of Dewsbury's 1947 Championship final team and Dewsbury's oldest ex-player, after a lengthy illness, he died aged 88 in Drighlington, West Yorkshire, his funeral took place at Dewsbury Moor Crematarium at 1pm on 20 November 2008. Geoffrey James Clark (born June 12, 1981) is an American film and television director, producer and entertainment executive. He is mostly known for producing unscripted content with a cause, inspirational story, or social action element. Career history Clark has been credited as a producer and executive producer in numerous film and television projects. His credits in television include Travel Channel's "Trip Testers", HGTV's "Million Dollar Closet's", YouTube Red's "Provocateur", Nat Geo Wild's "Worlds Weirdest: Animal Apocalypse", and Esquire's "The Short Game", amongst others. Additionally, he has developed and sold numerous other unscripted projects while acting as Owner of Something Kreative Studios as well as the head of Development for Goodbye Pictures.
