Gian Van Veen
Gian van Veen (born 23 April 2002) is a Dutch professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events, where he is currently ranked world number twenty-three. Nicknamed "the Giant", Van Veen made his first major semi-final at the 2023 European Championship. He won his first ranking PDC title at 2025 Players Championship 6. He also won on the PDC's secondary tour, at 2022 Challenge Tour 12. In his youth career, Van Veen won the 2024 PDC World Youth Championship and nine PDC Development Tours, making him one of the most successful players in the history of the PDC's youth system. Career 2022 Van Veen attended 2022 PDC Pro Tour Qualifying School. The Professional Darts Players Association (PDPA) is an organisation for professional darts players. Its intention is to look after the interests of all professional players through an annually-elected Board. The association works in partnership with the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) and the Darts Regulation Authority (DRA). It is headed by President Alan Warriner-Little and Chairman Peter Manley. 2024 PDC World Youth Championship
4 (four) is a number, numeral and digit. It is the natural number following 3 and preceding 5. It is a square number, the smallest semiprime and composite number, and is considered unlucky in many East Asian cultures. Evolution of the Hindu-Arabic digit Brahmic numerals represented 1, 2, and 3 with as many lines. 4 was simplified by joining its four lines into a cross that looks like the modern plus sign. The Shunga would add a horizontal line on top of the digit, and the Kshatrapa and Pallava evolved the digit to a point where the speed of writing was a secondary concern. David John Pallett (born 8 February 1990) is an English professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) and World Darts Federation (WDF) events. Career In January 2013, Pallett entered PDC Q School and stood just one match from joining the tour in the second event, but lost 6–5 to Louis Blundell. The PDC Pro Tour is a series of non-televised darts tournaments organised by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC). They comprise Professional Dart Players Association (PDPA) Players Championships and European Tour events. Only four players have gone on to win at least 30 titles on the PDC Pro Tour. The PDC Order of Merit is a world ranking system used by one of the darts organisations, the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC).
