FIA WTCR Race Of Russia
The FIA WTCR Race of Russia is a round of the World Touring Car Championship, which was held for the first time in 2013 at the Moscow Raceway until 2015 in Volokolamsk, from the capital, Moscow. The event returned in 2021, but the venue was relocated to the Sochi Autodrom. The event was also included in the 2022 calendar, but it was deferred to 2023 due to the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine. Sochi Autodrom
The Sochi Autodrom (russian: Сочи Автодром, Sochi Avtodrom), previously known as the Sochi International Street Circuit and the Sochi Olympic Park Circuit, is a permanent race track in the settlement of Sirius next to the Black Sea resort town of Sochi in Krasnodar Krai, Russia. The circuit runs around a former Olympic complex, the Sochi Olympic Park site, scene of the 2014 Winter Olympic Games. Michel Nykjær
Michel Nykjær (born 17 September 1979) is a Danish auto racing driver. Nykjær is a two-time European Touring Car Cup winner. Career Early years Between 1989 and 1993 he spent his early racing years in karting. After a break, he returned to motorsport in 1998, with saloon cars in the Danish Group N Championship. He stepped up to the Danish Touring Car Championship in 2003, and was crowned champion in 2007 for SEAT Racing Team, in a SEAT Leon. The 2013 FIA WTCC Race of Russia (formally the 2013 FIA WTCC Lukoil Race of Russia) was the sixth round of the 2013 World Touring Car Championship season and the maiden running of the FIA WTCC Race of Russia. It was held on 9 June 2013 at the Moscow Raceway in Volokolamsk, Russia, 97 kilometres (60 miles) from Moscow. Race one was won by Yvan Muller of RML who started from pole position. 2013 World Touring Car Championship
The 2013 World Touring Car Championship season was the tenth season of the FIA World Touring Car Championship, and the ninth since the series was revived in 2005. The championship, which was reserved for cars run to Super 2000 regulations, began with the Race of Italy on 23 March and concluded with the Race of Macau in support of the Macau Grand Prix at the Guia Circuit on 17 November, after twenty-four races at twelve events. Ma Qinghua () (born 25 December 1987 in Shanghai) is a Chinese racing driver currently competing in the World Touring Car Cup with Cyan Performance Lynk & Co. José María López
José María "Pechito" López (born 26 April 1983) is an Argentine race car driver who is currently competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship with Toyota Gazoo Racing and 2014–2016 World Touring Car Champion. He raced in the 2006 GP2 Series for the Super Nova team, and previously for the DAMS team, and the CMS team in Formula 3000. He was also at Renault F1 as a test driver.
