Future Bass
Future bass is a style of electronic dance music which developed in the 2010s that mixes elements of dubstep and EDM Trap music (EDM), trap with warmer, less abrasive rhythms. The genre was pioneered by producers such as Rustie, Hudson Mohawke, Lido (musician), Lido, San Holo and Cashmere Cat, and it was popularised in the mid to late-2010s by artists such as Flume (musician), Flume, Martin Garrix, Illenium, Louis the Child (duo), Louis the Child and Mura Masa. 2016 was seen as the breakout year for the genre. Purple Sound
Dubstep is a genre of electronic dance music that originated in South London in the early 2000s. Lido (musician)
Peder Losnegård (born 26 October 1992), better known by his stage name Lido, is a Norwegian musician, record producer, singer, and songwriter. He produced "Same Drugs" and "Angels" on Chance the Rapper's ''Coloring Book''. He is known for his extensive work with Halsey (singer), Halsey, executive producing her debut ''Badlands (Halsey album), Badlands'', as well as co-writing and producing several songs on ''Hopeless Fountain Kingdom'' and ''Manic (Halsey album), Manic''. Lido has also notably produced for Ella Mai, Jaden Smith, Ariana Grande, Mariah Carey, A$AP Ferg, Smino, and Banks (singer), BANKS, among others. Career Losnegård started as a drummer. Disclosure is an English electronic music duo consisting of brothers Howard (born 11 May 1994) and Guy Lawrence (born 25 May 1991). They grew up in Reigate, Surrey. ''Glass Swords'' is the debut studio album by Scottish producer Russell Whyte under his alias of Rustie, released by Warp (record label), Warp in 2011. The album was produced and recorded between 2008 and 2010 by Whyte, partially in his father's home in Glasgow, Scotland and partly in his own home in London, England. The album contains vocal work from Whyte as well as London based producer Nightwave. ''Glass Swords'' is a musically diverse album that critics found hard to classify as anything specific other than electronic music. The track "Ultra Thizz" was released as a single in September 2011 before the album's release in October of the same year. Alexander George Edward Crossan (born 5 April 1996), better known by his stage name Mura Masa, is a Guernsey-born electronic record producer and songwriter. Crossan is best known for his 2016 song " Lovesick" (featuring ASAP Rocky), which peaked at number 59 on the UK singles chart. Louis the Child is an American electronic music group consisting of Robby Hauldren and Frederic J. Kennett. Career Robert David Hauldren was born on September 7, 1996, to David and Julia Hauldren. He attended one academic year at the University of Southern California, where he joined the Beta-Sigma chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity before opting to take a leave and further pursue music.
