''Eye'' (1985) is a collection of 13 science fiction short story, short stories by American writer Frank Herbert. All of the works had been previously published in magazine or book form, except for "The Road to Dune". Contents Introduction Herbert discusses David Lynch's film ''Dune (1984 film), Dune'' and his own participation in the production, and lists scenes that were shot, but cut from the released version. "A Matter of Traces" is a science fiction short story by American writer Frank Herbert, first appeared in ''Fantastic Universe'' magazine in November 1958 and later in Herbert's 1985 short story collection '' Eye''. South Wales ( cy, De Cymru) is a loosely defined region of Wales bordered by England to the east and mid Wales to the north. ''Galaxy Science Fiction'' was an American digest-size science fiction magazine, published in Boston from 1950 to 1980.
