English is a West Germanic language of the Indo-European language family, with its earliest forms spoken by the inhabitants of early medieval England. Elleanor Eldridge
Elleanor Eldridge (March 1784/1785 – 1845) was an African-American/ Native American entrepreneur and memoirist from Rhode Island. She is best known for the ''Memoirs of Elleanor Eldridge'' (16mo., Providence: B.T. Albro, 1838), which was co-authored with Frances Harriet Whipple Green McDougall. Another edition was published in 1840, and still another in 1842. This volume of 128 pages was published for the purpose of enabling the subject of it to repurchase some property of which she had been perhaps legally, but at all events unfairly, deprived. Early years Elleanor Eldridge was born in Warwick, Rhode Island, March 1784. JJ Eldridge is a theoretical astrophysicist based in New Zealand. They are the head of the Department of Physics at the University of Auckland and co-author of ''The Structure And Evolution Of Stars.'' Education and research Eldridge obtained their MA and MSci from the University of Cambridge, England. They also obtained their PhD in astrophysics at Cambridge, in the Institute of Astronomy, with a thesis titled 'Progenitors of Core-Collapse Supernovae'. They worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Institut d'astrophysique de Paris and Queen's University in Belfast, before returning to the Institute of Astrophysics at Cambridge. James Bradley Eldridge (born August 11, 1973) is an American politician and lawyer. He serves as a Democratic member of the Massachusetts Senate from the Middlesex and Worcester District. Eldridge previously served three terms in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, where he sat on the Joint Committee on Community Development and Small Business, the Joint Committee on Election Laws, and the Joint Committee on Public Service. Dorothy Hope Tisdale Eldridge (June 18, 1904 – October 5, 1991) was an American physical educator, demographer, and statistician. Early life and education Hope Tisdale was born in Mobile, Alabama, the daughter of Marion Eugene Tisdale and Helen M. Sturtevant Tisdale. She graduated from Barnard College in 1925. She trained for a career as a physical educator at the Boston Central School of Hygiene and Physical Education. She later completed a master's degree at New York University in 1935, and doctoral studies in sociology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1942. Her doctoral thesis was titled "Urbanization: A Study of the Process of Population Concentration in the United States and its Relation to Social Change".
