Dynamic Duo (South Korean Duo)
Dynamic Duo ( ko, 다이나믹듀오) is a South Korean hip hop duo that consists of rappers Choiza and Gaeko. They rose to fame with their 2004 debut album, ''Taxi Driver'', which became the best-selling Korean hip hop album ever. They are signed to Amoeba Culture, a hip hop record label that they founded in 2006. History Choiza and Gaeko were friends since childhood and debuted in 1999 with the hip hop trio CB Mass. The group released three albums before breaking up in 2003 after it was discovered that CB Mass' third member was stealing money from the group. Dynamic Duo debuted the following year with the album, ''Taxi Driver''. It became the best-selling hip hop album in South Korea, with sales of 50,000 copies in the first month after its release. Primary (musician)
Choi Dong-hoon (born January 31, 1983), better known by the stage name Primary, is a South Korean hip hop musician and record producer. Formerly an artist under Amoeba Culture, he established his own record label PAKTORY Company on April 22, 2020. Primary has collaborated with various artists to produce the albums ''Back Again'', ''Primary Score'', ''Daily Apartment'', ''Primary and The Messengers'', and ''2''. He has also produced albums for other Korean hip hop artists, including Supreme Team's first album ''Supremier'' and Dynamic Duo's ''Kill'', as well as several of MBLAQ's singles, including "I'm Back" and "Smokey Girl". The Circle Chart (), previously known as the Gaon Music Chart or the Gaon Chart (), tabulates the relative weekly popularity of songs and albums in South Korea. It is produced by the Korea Music Content Association and sponsored by South Korea's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Founded in 2010. History Gaon Chart was launched in February 2010 by the Korea Music Content Association, under the sponsorship of the South Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with the aim to create a domestic national chart similar to the ''Billboard'' charts of the United States and the Oricon charts of Japan. Jeong Dong-uk ( Korean: 정동욱; born October 7, 1992), better known by his stage name, Penomeco ( Korean: 페노메코), is a South Korean rapper and singer-songwriter. He released his debut single "Right There" on October 16, 2014. He also released his first extended play, ''Garden'', on December 20, 2018. Oh Hyuk ( Hangul: 오혁, stylised OHHYUK, born October 5, 1993) is a South Korean singer and musician best known as the lead vocalist, guitarist and principal songwriter of indie rock band Hyukoh. Background Born in South Korea, Oh moved to China when he was five months old with his parents, who were both teachers. His family lived in Yanji, Shenyang, and settled in Beijing.
