Stephen Adam Amell (born May 8, 1981) is a Canadian actor. He came to prominence for playing the lead role of Oliver Queen on The CW superhero series ''Arrow'' (2012–2020). Amell also appeared in subsequent Arrowverse franchise media, along with reprising his role in various video games. Following the conclusion of ''Arrow'', Amell landed the lead role on the Starz drama series '' Heels'' (2021–present). John Diggle, also known by his code names Freelancer (with the Suicide Squad) and Spartan (with Team Arrow), is a fictional character in The CW's Arrowverse franchise and '' Superman & Lois'', first introduced in the 2012 pilot episode of the television series '' Arrow''. Joe Dinicol (born December 22, 1983) is a Canadian actor. He is known for his portrayal of Rory Regan / Ragman in a recurring role in the fifth season of ''Arrow''. Life and career Dinicol was born in Stratford, Ontario, the son of Emma (née Neville) and acting coach and actor Keith Dinicol. His maternal grandfather was English-born actor John Neville. Star City is a fictional city that appears in stories published by DC Comics, best known as the traditional home of the superheroes known by, or affiliated with, the shared alias of Green Arrow.
