Dehleez (1981 TV Series)
Dehleez is a 1981 Pakistani television series which aired on PTV. Written by Amjad Islam Amjad, it featured Roohi Bano, Mahboob Alam, Uzma Gillani and Tahira Naqvi among others. The serial was directed by Yawar Hayat Khan and assisted by Qambar Ali Shah, Kunwar Aftab Ahmed and Nusrat Thakur. The drama serial is one of the most famous dramas from PTV. It is remembered to this day due to its unique storyline and huge star cast. The drama is considered a cult classic and is one of the rarest gems of PTV. Najma Mehboob (1949 – 6 December 1983) was a Pakistani film and TV actress. She mostly played character and mother roles in dramas and films both in Urdu and Punjabi languages. Tauqeer Nasir (Punjabi, ur, ) is a veteran actor from Pakistan. He served as Director General (DG) of Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) for the period of 2 years. Jamil Fakhri
Jamil Fakhri (Urdu: ; 15 September 1946 – 9 June 2011) was a veteran Pakistani film, TV and stage artist. He gained popularity from Pakistan Television Corporation's TV drama serial ''Andhera Ujala'', in which he played the police inspector Jaffer Hussain. Khayyam Sarhadi
Khayyam Sarhadi (12 June 1948 – 3 February 2011 born as Khayyam Sethi) was a Pakistani film and television actor and a radio personality. Early life Khayyam Sarhadi was born to a Muslim family on 12 June 1948 in Bombay, in the home of parents Zia Sarhadi and Zahira Ghaznavi and grew up there. Later he moved to Karachi, Pakistan and stayed there for some time and later moved to Lahore, Pakistan.
