Danis Tanović
Danis Tanović (born 20 February 1969) is a Bosnian film director and screenwriter. He is best known for having directed and written the script for the 2001 Bosnian movie ''No Man's Land'' which won him many awards, including an Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film and a Golden Globe Award for Best Foreign Language Film among many others. Tanović has also written and directed the award-winning Bosnian films '' An Episode in the Life of an Iron Picker'' and '' Death in Sarajevo''. He is regarded as one of the best Bosnian directors and screenwriters of all time, and also one of the best from Southeast Europe. Tanović is the only person born in the territory of present-day Bosnia and Herzegovina to have won an Academy Award. Zenica
Zenica ( ; ; ) is a city in Bosnia and Herzegovina and an administrative and economic center of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Zenica-Doboj Canton. It is located in the Bosna river valley, about north of Sarajevo. The city is known for its Ironworks Zenica factory but also as a significant university center. ''Hell'' (french: L'enfer) is a French film, released in 2005 and directed by Danis Tanović. It is based on a script originally drafted by Krzysztof Kieślowski and Krzysztof Piesiewicz, which was meant to be the second film in a trilogy with the titles ''Heaven'', ''Hell'' and ''Purgatory''. André Cavens Award
The André Cavens Award (french: Prix André-Cavens) is an accolade presented annually by the Belgian Film Critics Association (UCC), an organization of film critics from publications based in Brussels. The André Cavens Award was introduced in 1976 by the organizing committee to honor cinematic achievement in Belgium. The name of the award comes from film director André Cavens. The most awarded filmmakers are Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne with five awards, followed by Jaco Van Dormael, Joachim Lafosse, and Fien Troch with three.
