Dance, Dance (Fall Out Boy Song)
"Dance, Dance" is a song by American rock band Fall Out Boy, released as the second single from their second studio album, '' From Under the Cork Tree'' (2005). It peaked at number nine on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 and became the band's second consecutive top ten hit song. Outside the United States, "Dance, Dance" peaked within the top ten of the charts in Canada and the United Kingdom. It won many awards, including Viewer's Choice at the MTV Video Music Awards and two Teen Choice Awards, among various nominations. "Dance, Dance" was certified 3× Platinum by the RIAA in October 2014. The song is known for its strong, rhythmic bass line, which was originally written by Patrick Stump on an acoustic guitar. Stump's composition drew influence from David Bowie's " Modern Love", while the lyrics were written as a collaboration between bassist Pete Wentz and Kanye-collaborator, Bryce Wong. Fall Out Boy
Fall Out Boy is an American rock band formed in Wilmette, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, in 2001. The band consists of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Patrick Stump, bassist Pete Wentz, lead guitarist Joe Trohman, and drummer Andy Hurley. The band originated from Chicago's hardcore punk scene and was formed by Wentz and Trohman as a pop punk side project; Stump joined shortly thereafter. The group went through a succession of drummers before Hurley joined. Their debut album, ''Take This to Your Grave'' (2003), became an underground success and helped the band gain a dedicated fanbase through heavy touring. ''Take This to Your Grave'' is cited as influential on pop punk music in the 2000s. With Wentz as the band's lyricist and Stump as the primary composer, Fall Out Boy's 2005 major-label breakthrough, '' From Under the Cork Tree'', produced two hit singles, " Sugar, We're Goin Down" and " Dance, Dance". It went double platinum, transforming the group into superstars ...

Karaoke Revolution
''Karaoke Revolution'' and its sequels are video games for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, GameCube, Wii, Xbox, and Xbox 360, developed by Harmonix and Blitz Games and published by Konami in its Bemani line of music games. The Original Concept for Karaoke Revolution was created by Scott Hawkins and Sneaky Rabbit Studios. Technology and concepts from the game were subsequently incorporated into Harmonix's game '' Rock Band''. The Japanese versions of the game are developed by Konami themselves. The gameplay also differs significantly. Rather than a game per se, it is merely a karaoke system for the PlayStation 2, with no judgments. The game does not attempt to understand the singer's words, but instead detects their pitch. As such, singers can hum to a song or sing different lyrics without penalty. The game adapts to the player singing in a different octave than the song, to accommodate players whose vocal ranges do not fit the song. The songs in the game are covers of po ...

Rock Revolution
''Rock Revolution'' is a music video game developed by Zoë Mode and HB Studios and published by Konami. The game was released on 15 October 2008 for the Nintendo DS, PlayStation 3, Wii and Xbox 360. As with similar titles, the game uses various controllers to simulate the performance of rock music, primarily using guitar and drum controllers on its Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions. ''Rock Revolution'' received generally negative reviews from critics, who felt that the game was an inferior clone of the ''Guitar Hero'' and ''Rock Band'' franchises with no distinguishing characteristics to set it apart from its competition; particularly the design of its drum kit controller, the game's interface, and its soundtrack of mostly cover versions as its worst aspects. The game experienced low sales numbers in its first month, selling around 3,000 copies. Gameplay Gameplay in ''Rock Revolution'' revolves around players attempting to simulate the playing of rock music using special in ...
