D 94 Road (United Arab Emirates)
D 94, also known as King Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud Street, Jumeirah Road or Jumeirah Beach Road, and formerly Al Sufouh Road is a road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The road runs parallel to Dubai's coast along the Persian Gulf and along E 11 (Sheikh Zayed Road), connecting the sub-localities of Jumeirah (Jumeirah 1, 2 and 3). Once it enters the locality of Al Sufouh, D 94 becomes known as King Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud Street. It originates near Dubai Maritime City and the Dubai Dry Docks; and terminates after Jumeirah Beach Residence by turning south and merging with the Sheikh Zayed Road. Jumeirah Beach Hotel is a luxury hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The hotel, which opened in 1997, is operated by the Dubai-based hotelier Jumeirah. Wild Wadi Water Park
The Wild Wadi Water Park is an outdoor water park in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Situated in the area of Jumeirah, next to the Burj Al Arab and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, the water park is operated by Jumeirah International, a Dubai-based hotelier. Wild Wadi has a heated/cooled wave pool, multiple water slides and two artificial surfing machines. The park once had the largest water slide outside of North America, but it has since been removed to make space for two other rides. Another feature of the park is an waterfall that goes off every ten minutes. The water park also has two gift shops, three restaurants and two snack stands. Dubai Metro
The Dubai Metro is a rapid transit rail network in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is currently operated by the French company Keolis. The Red Line and Green Line are operational, with a major 15 km (9.3 mi) extension to the Red Line known as Route 2020 to the Expo 2020 site announced in April 2015 and opened in 2021. These first two lines run underground in the city centre and on elevated viaducts elsewhere. All trains are fully automated and driverless, and, together with stations, are air conditioned with platform edge doors. Umm Suqiem ( ar, ام سقيم) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Umm Suqiem is located in western Dubai, along the Jumeirah Beach coastline. It is bordered to the north by Jumeirah, to the south by Al Sufouh, and to the west by Al Safa, Al Manara and Umm Al Sheif. Umm Suqiem comprises three sub-communities - — Umm Suqiem 1, Umm Suqiem 2 and Umm Suqiem 3 — which house affluent residential communities and tourist attractions. Al Sufouh Tramway
The Dubai Tram ( ar, ترام دبي) is a tramway located in Al Sufouh, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It runs for along Al Sufouh Road from Dubai Marina to the Palm Jumeirah and Al Sufouh. The tram connects with the DMCC and Sobha Realty stations of the Dubai Metro's Red Line, and two more stations are expected to connect with the tram in the future. The Palm Jumeirah is an archipelago of artificial islands on the Persian Gulf in Jumeirah, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Burj Al Arab ( ar, برج العرب, ''Arab Tower'') is a luxury hotel located in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Managed by Jumeirah hotel group, it is one of the tallest hotels in the world, although 39% of its total height is made up of non-occupiable space. Dubai Zoo ( ar, حديقة حيوان دبي) was a zoo located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was originally built in 1967 by a Dubai resident when Sheikh Rashid bin Maktoum, the late Ruler of Dubai, permitted Otto J. Bulart to build a zoo on a plot in Jumeirah. It is still the oldest zoo in the Arabian Peninsula. It was considered a Dubai landmark in the late 1960s as it indicated the "town's end". Dubai Maritime City (DMC) is a multipurpose maritime zone. It is a member of the DP World group of companies.
