Her Majesty's Theatre is a theatre in Adelaide, South Australia, located on Grote Street, Adelaide, Grote Street, originally built in 1913 as the New Tivoli Theatre. Other names through its history have been the Princess Theatre (before it was first opened), the Prince of Wales Theatre, Tivoli Theatre and the Opera Theatre. It re-opened in June 2020 after a major refurbishment. Augie March are an Australian Pop music, pop and indie rock band formed in 1996 in Shepparton, Victoria. Since 2001 the group consists of vocalist and rhythm guitarist Glenn Richards, lead guitarist Adam Donovan, bass guitarist Edmondo Ammendola, drummer David Williams, and keyboardist Kiernan Box. Box had replaced Robert Dawson, the band's piano player since March 2000, who died in January 2001. Augie March's first full-length album, ''Sunset Studies'', was released in 2000. The Dear & Departed was an American Rock music, rock band from Orange County, California, Orange County and Los Angeles, California, founded by Dan Smith. Founded in 2006, the band went on the Vans Warped Tour and released their debut album ''Something Quite Peculiar'' that same year. Son of Dork were a British pop punk band formed by James Bourne after his previous band, Busted, split in January 2005. The name of the band came from a scene in the 1990 film '' Problem Child'' where the chant "Son of Dork" is used. Their debut single, " Ticket Outta Loserville", was released in November 2005, reaching No. 3 on the UK Singles Chart. Their second single, " Eddie's Song", reached No. 10 in January 2006. David Wayne Williams (February 29, 1972 – August 14, 2002) was an American singer best known as the original lead vocalist for the rock band Drowning Pool. Biography He grew up in Princeton, Texas, living with his parents Charles Edward and Jo-Ann Williams. He grew up in a pious family which caused him to move away from religion. Notably, he also used to wear a T-shirt that read "Worship Satan and Smoke Crack". He idolized David Lee Roth and Vince Neil for their public personas. In 1999, he joined Drowning Pool, which had formed in 1996 and had previously performed as an instrumental three-piece. The band released their debut album with Williams, '' Sinner'', in 2001. Williams soon gained recognition for his performances with the band; his nickname "Stage" came from Pantera guitarist Dimebag Darrell, who gave it to him because of his known stage personality. David Williams (November 21, 1950 – March 6, 2009) was an American guitarist, singer, songwriter, and producer best known as a prominent session guitarist for stars including Madonna and Michael Jackson. Background Williams grew up in Newport News, Virginia. At a young age he was influenced by Kenny Burrell, Wes Montgomery and other jazz artists. Career Williams later began his professional music career with The Dells, a R&B group. When he went on to serve in the Vietnam War his career was put on hold. After returning to the U.S. in 1972 he moved to Los Angeles reuniting with the Dells. He also worked with the Temptations at that point. Soon he established, with bassist James Jamerson, Jr., the R&B group Chanson. Dave Albert Williams Jr. (August 20, 1920 - March 12, 1982) was an American jazz, blues, and rhythm & blues pianist, bandleader, singer, and songwriter.
