DAPHNE Platform
The DAPHNE platform, or DAta-as-a-service Platform for Healthy lifestyle and preventive mediciNE, is an ITC ecosystem that uses software platforms, such as HealthTracker, to track individual health data on users or patients so that health service providers can provide personalised guidance remotely to the users or patients in terms of health, lifestyle, exercise and nutrition. It is led by Treelogic SL and partially funded by the European Union 7th Framework Programme for information and communication technology research. The project is listed in the European Commission CORDIS project listings. Framework Programmes For Research And Technological Development
The Framework Programmes for Research and Technological Development, also called Framework Programmes or abbreviated FP1 to FP9, are funding programmes created by the European Union/European Commission to support and foster research in the European Research Area (ERA). Starting in 2014, the funding programmes were named Horizon. The funding programmes began in 1984 and continue to the present day.
