Crazyhead (TV Series)
''Crazyhead'' (previously announced as ''Crazy Face'') is a comedy horror television series created by Howard Overman, who also serves as an executive producer on the show with his company Urban Myth Films. The six-part series premiered on E4 on 19 October 2016 in the United Kingdom, and internationally on 16 December 2016 on Netflix. The series is filmed in Bristol and is a Channel 4 and Netflix co-production. In 2017, the show received three RTS West of England awards for Best Sound, Best Design and Best On-Screen Performance for Susie Wokoma as Raquel. In July 2017, Wokoma confirmed that ''Crazyhead'' had been cancelled. The series was later made available on Netflix in the United Kingdom on 16 February 2018. Comedy Horror
Comedy horror, also known as horror comedy, is a literary, television, and film genre that combines elements of comedy and horror fiction. Comedy horror has been described as able to be categorized under three types: "black comedy, parody and spoof." It often crosses over with the black comedy genre. Stereophonic sound, or more commonly stereo, is a method of sound reproduction that recreates a multi-directional, 3-dimensional audible perspective. Susie Wokoma
Susan Indiaba Wokoma (born 31 December 1987 in Peckham, London, England) is a British actress, writer and director. She is best known for her roles as Edith in '' Enola Holmes'' and Raquel in the E4/Netflix show '' Crazyhead''. Wokoma was listed as one of Europe's ''Forbes'' 30 Under 30 in 2017 and named a BAFTA Breakthrough Brit by an international jury the same year. The Bottle Yard Studios is a British film and television production studio facility in Bristol, South West England. It is the largest dedicated production space in the West of England. History The studios are located on Whitchurch Lane, approximately 4 miles south of Bristol city centre.
