''Cocktail'' is a 2012 Indian Hindi-language romantic comedy-drama film directed by Homi Adajania and written by Imtiaz Ali. It was produced by Saif Ali Khan and Dinesh Vijan on a budget of ₹35 crore. The film stars Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, Diana Penty, Dimple Kapadia, Boman Irani and Randeep Hooda. Homi Adajania
Homi Adajania (born 1972) is an Indian film director and writer. He made his directorial debut with ''Being Cyrus'' (2006), an English-language psychological drama.
