John Thomas Berger (October 22, 1923 – June 30, 2004) was an American film and television actor. He mostly appeared on western television shows including, '' Gunsmoke'', '' Bonanza'', '' Rawhide'', '' Wanted: Dead or Alive'', '' Trackdown'', '' Laramie'', ''Death Valley Days'', '' Tales of Wells Fargo'', ''Maverick'', '' Zane Grey Theatre'' and ''The Rifleman''. Early life Alcaide was born in Youngstown, Ohio. as John Thomas Berger. He was the son of George F. B. Berger and Frances Conroy. James Daniel Parnell (October 9, 1923 – December 27, 1961) was an American film and television actor. Parnell was born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, the son of Effie and Emory Parnell, a Vaudeville, vaudeville performer. He had a brother, Charles Parnell. Parnell began his acting career in 1950 with an uncredited role in the film ''California Passage''. He then appeared in the films ''Apache Drums'' and ''G.I. Jane (1951 film), G.I. Jane''. ''Dick Powell's Zane Grey Theatre'' is an American Western anthology television series that was broadcast on CBS from October 5, 1956, until September 20, 1962. Format Many episodes were based on novels by Zane Grey, to all of which Four Star Films held exclusive rights. Dick Powell was the host and the star of some episodes. Many of the guest stars made their TV debuts on the program. Powell said that working with Grey's stories proved to be both a benefit and a challenge. While he spoke of "the vast output of wonderful action stories from Zane Grey's pen", he acknowledged the challenge of "trying to compress a novel into half an hour of storytelling on television." Some stories could be adapted relatively easily, while others had to be skipped or only parts of them could be used for scripts. Cancer
Cancer is a group of diseases involving abnormal cell growth with the potential to invade or spread to other parts of the body. These contrast with benign tumors, which do not spread. Ben Bard (January 26, 1893 – May 17, 1974) was an American movie actor, stage actor, and acting teacher. With comedian Jack Pearl, Bard worked in a comedy duo in vaudeville. In 1926, Bard, Pearl, and Sascha Beaumont appeared in a short film made in Lee DeForest's Phonofilm sound-on-film process. He had a small role in ''The Bat Whispers'' (1930).
