An album is a collection of audio recordings issued on compact disc (CD), vinyl, audio tape, or another medium such as digital distribution. Marc Bolan
Marc Bolan ( ; born Mark Feld; 30 September 1947 – 16 September 1977) was an English guitarist, singer and songwriter. He was a pioneer of the glam rock movement in the early 1970s with his band T. Rex. Bolan was posthumously inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2020 as a member of T. Rex. In the late 1960s, he rose to fame as the founder and leader of the psychedelic folk band Tyrannosaurus Rex, with whom he released four critically acclaimed albums and had one minor hit "Debora". Bolan had started as an acoustic singer-writer before heading into electric music prior to the recording of T. Rex's first single " Ride a White Swan" which went to number two in the UK singles chart. Bolan's March 1971 appearance on the BBC's music show ''Top of the Pops'', wearing glitter on his face, performing the UK chart topper " Hot Love" is cited as the beginning of the glam rock movement. Kosta Zafiriou
Kosta Zafiriou is a Swiss musician and music manager, one of the owners of Bottom Row Promotion company, which currently manages the bands Unisonic, Helloween, Axxis, Gotthard and Krokus. A former hard rock drummer, Zafiriou is known as one of the founding members of bands Pink Cream 69, Place Vendome and Unisonic. Biography Zafiriou started to play drums at the age of 16. His first band was Redline, where he played with the guitarist Alfred Koffler, in 1982. Later in 1986 he joined the band Kymera where he played with vocalist Andi Deris. Kymera recorded two EPs with Zafiriou and Deris before they left to form the band Pink Cream 69 with guitarist Alfred Koffler and bassist Dennis Ward in 1987. Bass Guitar
The bass guitar, electric bass or simply bass (), is the lowest-pitched member of the string family. It is a plucked string instrument similar in appearance and construction to an electric or an acoustic guitar, but with a longer neck and scale length, and typically four to six strings or courses. Dennis Ward (musician)
Dennis Ward is an American bass player and music producer, founder of the bands Pink Cream 69 and Unisonic. He also performs lead vocals for the AOR studio project Khymera. Biography Starting play in 1985, in 2015 left the Unisonic and 2017, he joined a new band called Panorama. The same year he also joined Firewind and former Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Gus G to produce his solo album ''Fearless'' and be part of his supporting band as the bass player and vocalist. In June 2019, Ward was announced as the new bassist of heavy metal British band Magnum. Guitar
The guitar is a fretted musical instrument that typically has six strings. "20th Century Boy" is a song by T. Rex, written by Marc Bolan, released as a stand-alone single on 2 March 1973. It entered in the UK Singles Chart at number 3, on 10 March 1973 and peaked three weeks in a row at that position. It stayed a total of nine weeks in the UK Chart. "20th Century Boy" was not featured on the album '' Tanx'', released at the same time in early March. It was later added as a bonus track in the reissues of ''Tanx'' from year 1985 and on all the following versions released since. The song returned to the UK Top 20 in 1991, peaking at No. 13, after being used in a TV commercial for Levi's starring Brad Pitt.
